Verdure , détente dans un endroit cosy
Pros:

Établissement cosy au cœur d’un sublime jardin . Tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente bien !
On a aimé la mise à disposition de serviettes et peignoirs beiges pour les bains extérieurs .
Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et le service est impeccable !

Cons:

L’eau de la piscine intérieure était beaucoup trop froide . Le hammam n’avait pas de douchette pour rincer les banquettes.

Bra läge på hotellet, park och thermiskt bad. Rum med genomgångsdörr oisolerade störs av grannarna.
Pros:

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge i Furnas med direkt tillgång till en stor park med thermiskt bad, som man har access till även utanför parkens besökstider, mycket uppskattat. Baren och frukost håller hög klass.

Cons:

Det finns ett antal rum som har genomgångsdörr till ett intilliggande rum. Det är bra som familjerum, men fruktansvärt för par med ett rum. Det är otroligt dåligt isolerat mellan dessa rum, man hör grannnarnas snarkningar, prat, tv etc. Dessa rum upprätthåller inte acceptabel standard. Vi bad att få byta rum direkt när vi anlänt. Tyvärr kunde hotellet inte hjälpa oss. Om ni ska boka på detta hotell kräv att få rum utan dörr till intilliggande rum och få det bekräftat av hotellet, annars risk för besvikelse.

Vale mesmo a pena
Pros:

Não há dúvida que este é um daqueles hotéis pelos quais vale a pena pagar um pouco mais pela experiência. O serviço é bom, o pequeno almoço é excelente... mas a possibilidade de se usar o tanque termal e piscinas a qualquer hora do dia ou noite é a cereja no topo do bolo. É mesmo mágico!

Pros:

Loved it! Our bed was so comfortable! Loved the robes for the hot springs. It felt so special that we had such easy access to the hot springs. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The perfect spot in Furnas
Pros:

The room and the bed were super comfortable, I slept like a baby. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Parking available. Fantastic gardens and geothermal pools accessed 24 hours! Everything just perfect!

Pros:

We are both still blown away by this hotel. The staff was incredible, and even gifted us a bottle of wine once they caught wind of it being my girlfriend's birthday - which was an incredible surprise! The location is great as well, and we both absolutely adored the park and the thermal pool + jacuzzi. The adjacent restaurant, which we visited for both breakfast (included in the booking) and dinner, was out of this world! The waiters were all very friendly and polite, and made the entire experience even more memorable.

Like a dream.
Pros:

Like a dream! The hotel is perfect: friendly staff, great rooms, excellent breakfast and particularly a huge garden with thermal baths that can be accessed 24h. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to return one day again.

Um protótipo de paraíso!!!!
Pros:

Lagoa termal e jardim! Já é a quarta vez que fico hospedado neste hotel, reúne tudo o que eu valorizo. ter a oportunidade de assistir ao nascer do dia no lago termal a ouvir o despertar dos pássaros é qualquer coisa de magistral! Pequeno almoço excelente, todos os funcionários excelentes! Um abraço especial ao Fábio, rápidas melhoras à Dª Nélia (Companhia das manhãs!) e para finalizar um abraço ao senhor Mário Franco. Enfim obrigado a todos e espero voltar breve!!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was magnificent. Plenty of options and all of them of excellent quality. Rooms were classic and comfortable. Thermal bath access after hours and thermal jacuzzi was a wonderful experience.
