Un séjour mémorable qui sera longuement gravé
Pros:

Tout ! Service exceptionnel et le personnel est très à l’écoute. C’est un gros WoW. Nous avons adoré l’expérience avec le Chef Louis. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique.

Beautifully preserved art deco style
Pros:

The Terra Nostra hotel was built with an art deco style.  Though-out the facility it has the feel of stepping back into the 1930s. Cool look and physical presentation that triggers an emotional feeling. 

The rooms were clean and set up nicely. Their staff checked back with us to make sure everything in the room was in tip-top shape.

The only noise we heard was a local men's religious group processing through the streets singing a beautiful song.

We look forward to returning soon!
Pros:

The Terra Nostra is a beautiful Art Deco hotel. The grounds were luscious and beautiful even in February. The food was delicious. And, our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We hope to return when the flowers are fully in bloom.

Cons:

The weather was rainy off and on, but that encouraged us to take advantage of Terra Nostra's many amenities. Our 4 days flew by too quickly.

Terra Nostra is a magical place with exceptional staff & service. Highly recommend it! They have exceptional tour guides like Andre at the Terra Nostra Park & Gabriele Colleo in Sao Miguel. Their concierge Carolina & Olivia are amazing! We truly enjoyed all the staff at Terra Nostra. Thank you 😊 for your Azorean hospitality.

Pros:

The staff were kind and polite, and the surroundings are beautiful.

Cons:

The room felt outdated and had an unpleasant old smell. Due to illness, we did not request a room change during the stay, but we informed the hotel before check-out. Unfortunately, the concern was not addressed, which was disappointing.
