Un séjour très agréable dans un lieu magnifique. Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour.
We are both still blown away by this hotel. The staff was incredible, and even gifted us a bottle of wine once they caught wind of it being my girlfriend's birthday - which was an incredible surprise! The location is great as well, and we both absolutely adored the park and the thermal pool + jacuzzi. The adjacent restaurant, which we visited for both breakfast (included in the booking) and dinner, was out of this world! The waiters were all very friendly and polite, and made the entire experience even more memorable.
The room and the bed were super comfortable, I slept like a baby. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Parking available. Fantastic gardens and geothermal pools accessed 24 hours! Everything just perfect!

Like a dream! The hotel is perfect: friendly staff, great rooms, excellent breakfast and particularly a huge garden with thermal baths that can be accessed 24h. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to return one day again.

We had a great 2 day stay at the property. Having access to the beautiful gardens and thermal pools was awesome! Great staff as well

Já é a quarta vez que fico hospedado neste hotel, reúne tudo o que eu valorizo. ter a oportunidade de assistir ao nascer do dia no lago termal a ouvir o despertar dos pássaros é qualquer coisa de magistral! Pequeno almoço excelente, todos os funcionários excelentes! Um abraço especial ao Fábio, rápidas melhoras à Dª Nélia (Companhia das manhãs!) e para finalizar um abraço ao senhor Mário Franco. Enfim obrigado a todos e espero voltar breve!!!!
We already knew the garden but not the hotel and the staff.
The team, the atmosphere, the rooms...everything go beyond our expectations.
Location, and after hours and early morning access to full park pools 24 hours. In addition, even though we did not use, access for the entire day we checked out. Furnas Cocktail in lounge to end day.

Breakfast was magnificent. Plenty of options and all of them of excellent quality. Rooms were classic and comfortable. Thermal bath access after hours and thermal jacuzzi was a wonderful experience.
