Der Aufenthalt war eine Zumutung
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, das Frühstück war in Ordnung

Cons:

Die Unterkunft war enttäuschend. Das Apartment war eine grausame Unterkunft, eine Zumutung und das für den Tagespreis von 300,-- €. direkt am Eingang zu einem Durchgang für die restlichen Zimmer in dem Haus. Die automatische Türschließung war extrem laut. Jeder Gast musste an unserem sogenannten Wohnraum vorbei. Das Fenster lag direkt an diesem Durchgang, keine Frischluft aber der Zigarettenduft der anderen Gäste. Die Schlafcouch sollte man lieber nicht öffnen, es ist so verdreckt, dass mir schlecht wurde. Sollte unbedingt entsorgt werden. Der Flurbereich mit Küchenzeile und Esstisch ist ein dunkler Raum ohne Fenster. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ein sehr kleiner Raum mit 2 Einzelbetten ohne die Möglichkeit einen Ablagetisch o. ä. aufzustellen. Die Schlafräume zum Parkplatz waren sehr laut durch An- und Abreisende.

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war top, die Sauberkeit im Familienappartment war leider sehr staubig.
Doppelbettmatratze sehr durchgelegen, Parkplatz teuer. Personal top und super freundlich!

Ein Ostsee-Kurzurlaub ist immer eine Reise wert!

Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir waren im Nebenhaus. Leider war das Zimmer etwas verwinkelt, so das das Doppelbett an der Wand stand und man mit 75 Jahren in oder aus dem Bett krabbeln musste. Das Frühstück gab es nur im Haupthaus, denn das Restaurant im Nebenhaus hatte geschlossen, das zweite Restaurant im Haupthaus ebenfalls. Daher war das Restaurant zum Frühstück überfüllt und auch ziemlich laut. Bewundernswert war das Personal, das immer engagiert und freundlich blieb. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir das vor unserem Urlaub erfahren hätten.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal und der Service waren super!!!! und sehr freundlich. Besser geht es nicht!
Die Lage, der Spabereich mit einer guten Saunaauswahl, das Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Ein klein wenig zu viel Staub an der ein oder anderen Stelle im Zimmer.
Das Nebengebäude kann von jedem (auch Fremde) ohne Probleme betreten werden.
