Wir waren das 2. mal da und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Zimmer. Essen ist mit Liebe handgefertigt . Der Spa Bereich ist groß und sauber. Das Personal ist entspannt freundlich und persönlich.
Hund wird berechnet, ist aber wirklich willkommen.

Cons:

Abstellen der Fahrräder und laden von Fahrradakku.

Vier tolle Tage in Zingst
Pros:

Super Früstückbuffet, da ist für jeden was passendes dabei. Super Wellnessbereich und alles sehr sauber. Deshalb waren wir auch schon das zweite Mal hier. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Bauweise des Gebäudes ist schon beeindruckend.
Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Positiv bewerten wir die Möglichkeit online einzuchecken und auch auszuchecken. Das Hotel hat vorab per Mail informiert. Die Rechnung kommt ebenfalls per Mail, gut.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, für jeden etwas dabei.

Cons:

Wir haben die Sauna genutzt. Da hätte man Getränke und ev. etwas Obst bereitstellen können, so wie das in anderen gleichwertigen Hotels angeboten wird.
Es war nur ein Wasserspender/ Wasserhahn vorhanden.

Super ruhig
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig.
Frühstück lässt kaum Wünsche offen.
Schwimmbad ist klein aber fein, selbst mit Kind auch außerhalb der "Kinderzeiten" super gewesen.

Cons:

Abendbuffet vom Preis sehr hoch, was schade ist und kein À la Carte.
Online gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten Massagen zu buchen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war eigentlich reichhaltig. Allerdings ist das Personal nicht hinterhergekommen um nachzulegen. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass einfach zu wenig Personal für die vielen Gäste da war.

Tolles Hotel - gerne wieder

Es war insgesamt ein tolles Hotel und das Personal ist darauf aus, die Wünsche der Gäste zu berücksichtigen. Auch das Essen bzw. abends das Buffet waren einwandfrei und lecker.

Cons:

......der Aufzug war kaputt und die schweren Koffer in die Etage schleppen ist für ältere Leute nicht toll.......aber das Personal bzw die Reinigungskräfte durften damit fahren......das ist wirklich ärgerlich.
