Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem nur 5 Min von der Kathedrale entfernt.

Cons:

Personal beim Frühstücksservice überfordert. Z. B. kein Besteck und Croissants zeitnah nachgelegt.

Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise ein guter Ort.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage nahe Altstadt und Kathedrale.
Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Platz auf dem Parkplatz zugesagt. Es waren aber alle Plätze besetzt. Anschliessend wurden wir in die Garage verwiesen; auch da waren alle Plätze besetzt. Die Manöver auf engstem Raum hätte man uns ersparen können.
Der Abfluss des Lavabos war hochgradig verstopft. So etwas sollte vom Reinigungspersonal gemeldet und umgehend behoben werden, bevor die nächsten Gäste kommen.

Personnel limite agréable, réceptionniste qui ne dit pas bonjour le matin, rideaux de chambre qui tiennent par le saint esprit.
Terrasse pas entretenue,cendrier plein..etc

Excellent séjour dans votre hôtel !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible et souriant, propreté des lieux.

Cons:

La seule chose à déplorer est l'absence d'un restaurant, même s'il est aisé de trouver des solutions palliatives.

An excellent choice close to the Cathedral with all modern comforts.
Pros:

Excellent location. A very short walk to restaurants and the cathedral which is why we picked it. Modern and clean. Good shower and the air con worked well in the heatwave.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, but it was French. Plenty of pastries and bread. The scrambled eggs and bacon were a hit or a miss as they were reheated in a water bath after coming out of the fridge. Too much work for someone who was also manning check outs at reception. She couldn't keep up with clearing tables and restocking the cutlery and crockery. We had periods of no knives, no cups or plates or cups and plates with no eggs or coffee.
