Pros:

Emplacement idéal près du CHUM, pharmacie, épicerie.
Personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Petit-déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

A convenient location downtown and 15 minutes walk from the waterfront
Pros:

I always like to book this hotel, because it's at a convenient location (a short walk from Berri UQAM station); and it has a light breakfast included. And the rooms are spacious (I had the one with a separate bedroom). I also never found the noise from the street or neighbours, disturbing.

Cons:

Nothing really. Maybe my room this time had small coffee cups, whereas last times I was there, the cups were taller. A small gripe.
