Parking is Way too expensive, breakfast too simple, the room had previous guess hairs in the bathroom and the bed mattress was deformed.

The employees truly made this stay worth it. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. Patrick at the front desk was especially helpful.
At breakfast, Steve A also stood out for his attentiveness and positive attitude. He kept everything running smoothly and made sure guests were taken care of.
The only real downside during the stay was the elevators, which were noticeably slow at times, especially during busy periods. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else about the stay was great. The staff really made the experience memorable, and employees like Patrick and Steve A are a big reason why.
Steve A made my mornings all 3 days-looked forward to his genuine smile every morning at breakfast. His positive attitude started all my days out right!

The free breakfast was phenomenal. Willie made the best omelette this side of heaven and Steve and Mimi catered to my needs. I didn’t like the parking options, but thankfully, I had a free code for the parking garage. Loved the food at the restaurant also.
Staff was very professional and room was clean. The morning breakfast/evening happy hour are always enjoyable. The one server Lina in Food & Beverage was so polite with all guests. Close proximity to many attractions in downtown and the waterfront
