Location was perfect for boarding a ship.
Not enough places to sit for breakfast
I didn't like being forced to use valet parking and then being charged $50 for it. It was convenient and the staff was nice, it's just an expense that wasn't in the budget.
On site bar was nice, place was well located and large. Staff very friendly.
Absurdly expensive for the amenities, breakfast was bad, beds terrible and small for "queen" our room started to leak during the night. Everything was an upsell, no shuttle.
Staff was amazing and the extra free perks...wow...awesome...Would definately come back

Beautiful property right in the middle of center perfect views of river.
I was very pleased with the property
A very beautiful property, with clean and spacious rooms (even though the temperature was set rather low, but that’s really a matter of personal preference). The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the location excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful.
If I had to point out one downside: the televisions. There was no real option to log in with personal accounts from the main streaming providers (something I’ve found in virtually every other hotel I’ve stayed in). Instead, guests are limited to a customized hotel menu, which I personally found inconvenient and somewhat outdated.
Another debatable aspect is the 30-dollar credit to be used at the hotel’s bars and restaurants. It’s clear that this amount is effectively included in the room rate, but I don’t quite understand the rationale behind it—especially with the “use it or lose it by the next day” approach, which feels unnecessarily forced and not really in line with the overall quality of the hotel.

Breakfast well organised with an omelet counter and hot breakfast. The eating area was well lit and spacious. Well supplied with a variety of choices. Room was well appointed and had all the amenities.
Could use a couple of extra tea bags for self service. Also a remote control for the thermostat would help since it is located in the sitting area
