We won’t ever go back
Pros:

We liked the location and accessibility to downtown. We liked the proximity to riverwalk and the trolly. We liked the pool area and the time allowance for kids to swim from 6 am to 11pm

Cons:

It was dirty, the roof had leaks, the ac didn’t work well in the room, the toilet was running all night and we had to call the front desk , the building was hot … they had many hidden charges , the TVs were awful

Location was perfect for attending a concert at the Benchmark arena!

Cons:

Got put in a room on the 20th floor. Elevator wait times were difficult. Also the ceilings at the 20th floor were in terrible condition! Sheetrock missing and only tarps installed. Could see there were no attempts to repair them.
