Great view. Breakfast was OK but not included 32ChF per person. Dinner was good.
Room was small for the price - probably 50% of the cost was for the view of the lake!
Unfortunately, there was a very noisy meeting/exhibition during our stay.
Modern light switches do not allow full control of lighting, as in many modern hotels!

Restaurant, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, Speisen oft nicht schmackhaft, dagegen sind die Speisen vom Grill zu empfehlen, der Geruch des Reinigungsmittel zieht sich teilweise durchs Haus (Spülmaschine???), auch die Teller riechen nach Reinigungsmittel

Very nice spa. Fabulous the view. Comfortable bed, very clean, good Wi-Fi. Nice view from the restaurant and from bar.
The restaurant have a menu fix. I asked for a mixed fish plate, but they told me that is not possible, because they have one plate with shrimps, one plate with octopus, one with fish sow, they can't put a mix plate. Its first time in my life that I hear something like that in a restaurant. So, if you don't like nothing from menu, they will not prepare to you nothing else, even if they have all what they need to do that. The answer of the waiter it was very unpleasant and rood.
At check-out, they don't know if I pay the city taxe, so keep your receipts, if you don't want surprise.
The hotel is very nice, but with bad management.
Excellent hotel with a magnificent view of the Zurichsee. High end facilities with a modest, but very nice spa, that includes an outdoor hot tub and special reservable, salted floating tub. It features a high-end restaurant we did not have a chance to visit, but appeared to have an excellent menu. Breakfast had pretty much everything, including the view. Nothing, including parking, the spa, the floating tub, etc. cost extra. All included. And only one short train ride from Zurich.
The duvet was slightly short. Also, it would be a good idea to put plastic seals around the shower door.
