Ok for an overnight stay if transiting
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel the night before an early morning flight & is in very close proximity to the airport. Nice beach nearby.

Cons:

Overpriced for what you get. There was a weird smell in the corridors, like they were masking up the smell of smoke with air fresheners. Luckily it was just me staying in the room as the bathroom was tiny and wouldn’t be big enough otherwise. Cleanliness was lacking and lots of stains on the rug in the room. Lack of elevators in the hotel and the one was very slow. There surrounding area isn’t anything special so I wouldn’t recommend for a base while in Puerto Rico

Mostly Great, but double check the dryer before using.
Pros:

The hotel was in a very safe location. And it was in a very convenient location to the beach and restaurants. The hotel appears to have been recently updated with a lot of modern touches, a workout room, laundry, a nice pool, and lots of outlets in the room for charging things. The staff were very nice. We really liked that you could "check-out" beach towels, and the Isla Verde beach is literally across the street and beautiful! The hotel has 2 restaurants onsite. We visited the pizza place and we were thrilled to find they had gluten free crust.

Cons:

The pillows were very hard, even the "soft" one. The bathroom door and the shower door didn't stay closed - so be sure you're staying with someone who you don't mind seeing you pee. lol

The biggest downer for us was the laundry facility. We typically travel light and do laundry half way through. There was only one working dryer at the time, but I discovered after using it that the drum had a large rusted section. We had several pieces of clothing stained with rust and ruined. We did report it, but don't know what came of that. If it wasn't for this issue that ruined clothes that we now must replace, we'd rate the hotel as an 8 or 9.

Pros:

The room and the balcony, the pool and the pizza place was phenomenal.

Cons:

There was no place to sit on the balcony. The shower seal was broken so there was water on the floors after every shower.

Pros:

The location was perfect, the rooms were clean, and it had a nice ambiance.

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. From check-in to breakfast, the experience was frustrating and poorly handled. I was unexpectedly required to put down a $300 deposit despite completing pre-registration with my credit card, which created unnecessary stress. Staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue.
Breakfast service was also disappointing — my drink order was made incorrectly, and the mistake was handled carelessly. The following day, we were met with poor staff interactions once again, making it clear this was not an isolated incident but a consistent pattern of unprofessional service.
Overall, this was my first time booking this way, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I expected much better customer service and transparency.

Conveniently located, clean and cozy
Pros:

Staff was very respectful and accommodating, room was clean and better than in the pictures. The gym is well equipped and very useful! breakfast is tasty!

Cons:

I would have appreciated an early checkin option at an extra charge. But they were not able to arrange for that even at an additional fee.
