Pros:

La piscina estaba super hermosa, bastante grande y limpia. La habitación me pareció super cómoda, estaba muy limpia, y la cama excelente, ubicación perfecta quedaba mirando al frente del hotel.

Cons:

Siento que el precio para solo una noche fue un poco caro, pague 324, si hice upgrade a la habitación que siento que también pagar para cambiar de piso es excesivo.

Outstanding
Pros:

Joanne was outstanding! She was attentive to my family from the moment we walked in the door. Really helped with my 82 yr old mother was was using a scooter. She's an asset to your company.

Cons:

The on-site restaurant was undergoing renovations so we had a limited menu but, nothing that we couldn't deal with.

It was pleasant
Pros:

The hotel had nice deco as well as the room, pool and location of hotel was good. The beach was right across.
Housekeeping was excellent

Cons:

A couple of the staff were stone face, not knowledgeable about local transportation or anything else. Too pricey and nothing provided except 2 coupons for sangria and restaurant discount which had selective choices. You have to pay for breakfast and parking. They should have provided chair and umbrella rental across the street. The pathway to the beach was dirty. No handicap accessible for front hotel entrance. No hand railing in the pool for handicap accessibility. The bed although comfortable, the mattress was way too soft. It sunk you in.

A quick stay, great location !
Pros:

I liked the location, suited our needs for an early flight departure. Room was comfortable & clean.
The foyer was welcoming & the front desk staff were helpful and very pleasant..
Enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

Would have liked to grab a coffee going out the door on the way to the airport in the early hour of our departure.
