Check-in was quite fast and with a smile!

Breakfast reasonable.

Too cold to use the pool. Although quite inviting!

No ado for reserving a taxi to airport.

Good wifi.

Cons:

Group of kids, teenagers on school journey, seemingly, constantly messing around with lift.

Sauna needs at least 20 mins to heat and I experienced a power failure just before entering! Additionally, changing room non existant. And sauna door defective!

I discovered at least 8, what seemed to be, ants in my bed! Not bed bugs but insects of some kind!

Central location in Ponta Delgado comfy bed and thank goodness for heat and air conditioning in the room as I stayed in this hotel both in the summer and in the winter greater
