Pros:

Front desk staff and location only positive

Cons:

Room was dirty had crap on bedsheets and all over floor dead bugs found in room chairs cushions so dirty you can't sit on them.

It was pleasant but definitely great location
Pros:

Location was awesome, walked to Publix and restaurants and the dock for our sunset cruise. Close to the beach.

Cons:

Needed more cleaning, fridge was dirty with crumbs and sticky goo in the draw. A cockroach or two needed to be jumped on.

The property is in an excellent location feet away from beach area, it was great to park your vehicle on the property parking lot and not worry about parking outside the property ,walking distance to Publix .

Cons:

Need better TV reception .

Nice place to stay for a beach getaway.
Pros:

Staff was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has great views of the ocean. The proximity of the ocean is a plus, and stores and restaurants are walking distance.

Cons:

Hotel was a little dated and the A/C unit was loud. The pool is small.

Great last minute getaway for the two of us!
Pros:

Great location. Quiet area for Memorial Day weekend (Friday). Super clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Cons:

There was a smell of mold when I turned on the sink in the room.

Manageable, but barely. A beautiful view, but a so-so value.
Pros:

The first thing we noticed when we walked into the room was the view. The elevator was slow, but it worked fairly well. The front desk and housekeeping people were nice. We were on a lower floor and it was still beautiful. But then, it's the ocean. The room was clean and fairly well kept, with only a few minor repairs showing. The refrigerator/freezer worked well as did the microwave. The location was great, not only by the beach, but with a Publix next door. And it was easy to get on and off the island to go to St Augustine.

Cons:

The luggage trolleys were terrible. They were tiny and difficult to steer, especially for someone with a disability. The door lock was barely working. We did get in, but it was so difficult that we ended propping our door closed without latching it if we were in the room because of the trouble. The Do not Disturb sign was so tiny that the housekeeper didn't even see it. The breakfast provided nothing edible in the way of protein. I went to Publix instead.

For a short stay, the price you pay is worth it for what you get.
Pros:

The view was great. The pool is very small but very clean. The beach is just a few steps away which is very convenient. Even at the busiest part of the day there was plenty of room for us to set up chairs and a tent. The beach was very clean and the lifeguards were very attentive. The entire staff was very sweet and a pleasure to be around.

Cons:

The bathrooms had more than a little mold, as well as the inside of the dresser/ entertainment center. The beds were not comfortable at all. Very hard pillows and mattress. The beds were very clean so I looked past any issues. The carpet could have vacuumed a little better, since we saw a lot of crumbs from an old snack that must have fallen behind the nightstand.
