Great Location, But Parking Can Be Difficult on Busy Weekends
Pros:

The location and the friendly staff are the main reasons we would consider returning to this hotel. It’s not a bad place to stay, but it does have more of an older, classic beach-style feel. Because of that, you can expect some signs of age, like rust in the bathroom and a bit of humidity in the rooms due to the outside weather.

The pool is on the smaller side, but it was never crowded, which was actually nice. If you’re hoping for a view, I would definitely recommend choosing a higher-floor room. We had a balcony, but it overlooked the parking lot, so it wasn’t really a place we could sit and enjoy.

Breakfast was simple but nice, and the staff was very welcoming. They offered muffins, bananas, orange juice, coffee, and a few other light options to start the day. Overall, the service and location were the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

Parking was definitely a challenge during our stay. The hotel only has a small number of reserved parking spaces. When we went out during the day and returned later, we had to park in public beach parking and walk back to the hotel to get to our room. This seemed to be more of a public beach crowd issue than the hotel’s fault, as the area was extremely busy that weekend.

If you’re hoping for a view, I would recommend choosing a higher-floor room. The price was also fairly steep considering the type and condition of the rooms, though the location itself is very convenient to the beach.

You can't be the location. It was wonderful to enjoy the sunrise (book the third floor). Friendly staff. We had a very peaceful stay and enjoyed the walk on the beach.

Cons:

If I did it again. I would stay one, maybe two nights on the beach area then move over to inland. Seems all I did was drive over the bridge to do things I wanted to do. You can see the ocean from your room there if that's your intention.
