Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Our suite was so roomy and comfortable and had a great view of the water. The room was clean and conveniently located for someone with mobility issues (right by the elevator). The rate was quite reasonable.

Cons:

The only slight downsides: the elevator was slow to open, momentarily making us think we might be stuck; and there were some pavilions in view out our beachside window, partially blocking the water view. These were minor issues.

Pros:

Love the location for beach Access. Close to everything there's is to do as well.

Cons:

Could have some updates, but shower was updated and was excellent. Hairdyer is in bad location could be better away from coffee maker and microwave.

Stripped down, but nice view.
Pros:

Nice view from room.

Cons:

Secondary door lock broken. No one in the office evenings, or early morning. Just a note on the door, with a number to call in an emergency. Not sure what the breakfast would have been, because it's served mid-morning, after we left. One ice machine, outside at the parking lot.

Pros:

La ubicacion es genial, a unos pasos de la playa, un publix y algunoa restaurantes. Nos encantó que tiene acceso de playa en carros 4x4. El espacio de nuestro pequeño apartamento fue perfecto, comodo y limpio, con parqueadero. El desayuno es basico.

Nada, todo estuvo bien!

Better lighting in room,maybe boiled eggs on breakfast display better clocking room and coffee pot was difficult to work?.but the view was fantastic!!

It was ok
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, quiet, good parking, close walking distance to grocery store, family room was good size with king and king bed, one full bath, one half bath

Cons:

light bulbs needed replacing, lamp shades were broken and missing finales, bathroom faucet did not shut off completely, bath commode did not flush well, found half eaten biscuit behind love seat, Sheets had an odor -not sure they were cleaned properly.

Great stay! St. Augustine was fun and our next trip will be for a longer stay.
Pros:

The view was stunning and location was perfect. A short walk to the pier, and walking distance to Publix and a couple restaurants. The beach was clean and not overcrowded which made it even more enjoyable.

Cons:

We weren't there for the pool so it didn't matter to us, but if we were, the pool was the size of a jacuzzi. The building could use some paint touchups but overall it was a great spot for the price and view and beach were beautiful.
