Like the location. More quiet than staying downtown and not far to drive to get to the downtown area. Nice ocean view.

You won't find a better deal so close to the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel even though older,

loved the view of the ocean from our window and the great price as it was off season. We loved the closeness to a big grocery store . The friendliness of the front desk and owners made it so enjoyable!! With just steps to the beach, enjoy sinking your feet in the sand for a beautiful morning walk!

Cons:

we could not find anything wrong as its a well kept up hotel and very clean, even the parking lot was pretty and has lovely flowers all around.,

Excellent location, staff, and comfort!
Pros:

The Continental breakfast was as expected, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There wasnt a stove to cook, but there were appliances for it.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, comfortable room, that was convenient to restaurants and stores.
Pros:

The location is right on the beach, it was clean, comfortable and charming.

Cons:

Our door didn’t have the security flip over lock. That needs to be replaced.

Great location
Pros:

We liked that you were basically as close as you could get to the beach as possible in this area. You just have to cross one tiny street/ beach parking to start walking up the little boardwalk that takes you to the beach. The building is 3 stories tall and we were on the second floor. The view of the ocean, while not unobstructed due to the pavillion in front of us ( and palm trees! :D), was still great. It was a large room and the price compared to other beach front hotels was phenomenal. The refrigerator worked great. The staff was very friendly. We were hoping to check in early, but I forgot to request this at booking and they weren't able to accommodate. They did however still let us park in the lot (so we could head to the beach) and let us know when our room was ready.

Cons:

The building feels dated and in need of better house keeping. Our sink didn't drain, there was a long piece of hair and sand in the corner of the bathroom, there was a bit of dirt on the shower curtain, and the top bed sheet was bright white, but the bottom one was yellowed even though it smelled clean. It didn't feel dirty overall, but there were those issues. Since we were only there for one day, I wanted to maximize my beach time and be able to see the ocean before we left in the morning. For only one night and being right on the beach, I wasn't going to complain! I could see it being great for a family with how much room there was.
