1) Misleading hotel pictures: There are 2 pictures showing a lounge with ocean view. But when we arrived, we were told that pictures were for their presidential suites. There are no common hotel areas with ocean view! The ocean view lounge was one of the major reasons why we booked this hotel! But we didn't get it.

2) They charged 15 euros per person for using indoor pool! That is insane! We have been to so many 5 star hotels in Algarve as well as other cities in Portugal, this was the only hotel charges their guests for using indoor pool!

3) There was a ping pong table in the lounge, which also costs extra money to play.

4) The iron, the kettle and the hair dryer in the room are so cheap that you can hardly find in any stores.

Misleading, misleading, cheap, cheap! That's the impression we got for this hotel. We paid mostly for the 'ocean view lounge' that shown in hotel pictures, the indoor pool that should be free. We didn't get those. We would have absolutely skipped this hotel if they advertised with honest information. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Lovely short break. Location was great. Fabulous breakfast and pool area was really well jet.
Pros:

The location was great. So close to the marina. The breakfast was fantastic. Great variation. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The beds weren’t hugely comfortable and the air con didn’t see to work.

Very quiet time of year to visit Vilamoura. Very calm and tranquil. The hotel spa is fabulous.

The hotel location is excellent. The breakfast is also excellent and the staff are very professional, helpful and smiling. I would highly recommend it. I’ve stayed there a few times and I’ll stay there again. Thanks very much.

Cons:

The hotel had just opened after the winter break during which time it was closed. It felt like that though !! The sun loungers could have been cleaned better if at all !! The pool itself is fabulous and was very clean. The bed linen is washed in high temperatures and it’s very clean and good quality - however it seemed to me like the pillows themselves had not been washed or sanitised ?
I understand the season was just starting and they were only beginning to get organised.
