Pequeno almoço muito bom

Cons:

Ao chegar quarto verificamos que o mesmo não estava preparado para dois adultos e uma criança, reclamamos na receção e prontamente colocaram a cama extra.
Colchões ainda são de molas e as almofadas não não as ditas "almofadas de hotel".
Ao irmos para a piscina verificamos que não nos tinham colocado roupões no quarto, tivemos de ir novamente à receção solicitar os mesmos.
Quando chegamos à zona da piscina e jacuzzi, reparamos que não tínhamos acesso ao jacuzzi. Qual não foi o nosso espanto que tínhamos de pagar para usufruir de uma coisa que estava incluída na reserva que fiz.
Infelizmente ficamos muito muito desagradados com esta situação.

Localização muito boa, quartos cómodos, pequeno almoço com muita variedade, boa qualidade preço.

Cons:

Único ponto negativo na estadia foi que, no último dia tivemos que sair do hotel às 7h, a essa hora o pequeno almoço não está aberto, pedindo na receção dão um saquinho com alguns alimentos, mas podiam meter alimentos melhores, não achamos que o hotel nesse ponto se esforça-se para agradar o cliente
