Da alcatifa, da banheira,
Hotel je umístěn v blízkosti kruhového objezdu, což ale vůbec neubírá na jeho kvalitě. Není slyšet žádný hluk. V okolí hotelu je dostatek parkovacích míst. Do centra PDL je to cca 25 minut chůze, ale dá se využít placené parkování, kterého je dostatek a ceny jsou velmi příznivé. Snídaně byly zcela jednotvárné, ale dalo se vybrat. Káva a nápoje byly výborné.
Čekali jsme trochu víc od bazénu, který není moc velký a je zbytečně přetopený.
Gostei bastante da estadia . Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e muito limpos. A equipa foi sempre simpática e prestável, fazendo-nos sentir bem recebidos. O pequeno-almoço tem bastante variedade e a localização é prática para explorar Ponta Delgada. Uma ótima escolha a um bom preço. Recomendo!
Lo mejor es la ubicación esta en Ponta Delgada una opción perfecta para moverte por toda la isla, hay bastante aparcamiento alrededor del hotel, y un pingo doce para comer o hacer compras justo al lado, la limpieza muy bien toallas muy limpias y blancas, el personal muy simpático y atento en todo momento, tanto en recepción como en el salón, solo puedo opinar del habitación y el desayuno el resto de servicios no los utilicé
La almohadas muy bajas y sin apenas relleno, el momento desayuno es muy estresante mucho ruido y mucha gente toda a primera hora sobre las 7 y media, el desayuno siempre el mismo pero que hay de todo.

Localização, tudo limpo e muito confortável
Fiz a reserva para os meus pais e um casal amigo. Mandei mensagem para confirmar que fiz bem a reserva, à qual me responderam que sim. No dia que fizeram no check-in, tiveram que pagar mais 120€ porque o hotel assumiu que a reserva estava mal feita (disseram que fiz a reserva de 2 quartos para 2 pessoas e não 2 quartos para 4 pessoas…então cobraram o valor do pequeno almoço de mais 2 pessoas). Foi sem dúvida um erro do hotel e não meu, mas o hotel não assumiu. Foi o único ponto negativo.
