Pros:

L' emplacement de l'hôtel, les piscines.
Grande Chambre avec balcon.
Personnel agréable.

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres, à part du savon aucun produit dans la salle de bain. Peu d'ascenseurs pour le nombre de chambres de l'établissement.
Le buffet demi pension est vraiment de mauvaise qualité.

Good hotel
Pros:

Very spacious room full of light and air.
Personal is very friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast is various and tasty!
Thank you!

Cons:

Live music is every evening and it bothers a bit when you live right above the stage.
I don’t think it would be a big problem for everyone, but if you’re sensitive, it worth mentioning to live upper than the 1st floor.

Met my expectations, okay for short stay

Great view, nice style of the hotel, spacious room with plenty of seating/working/chilling areas. Lots of powerplugs. Good shower. Breakfast has a lot of options.

Cons:

Awful coffee at breakfast! Truely. Location of the hotel is okay, I had to stay one night due to flight disruptions but if for a longer stay I would not choose this location. The lady at reception did not give a very warm welcome when we first arrived. My friends had booked for 1 person but last-minute wanted to add their partner (due to flight delays and cancellations!) and the first response was a big sigh and "well how are we going to arrange this". I understanding it may be difficult with booking.com system and adding someone, but it costs nothing to show kindness and willingness to your customers.

Mooie en schone kamer. Het zwembad en de spa waren fijn. Vriendelijk personeel achter de balie.

Cons:

Ze kunnen wel een extra lift gebruiken in zo’n groot hotel. De dame achter de balie had een verouderd schema gegeven met de bustijden van de airport bus die niet klopten. We moesten bij de spa lang wachten voordat er een medewerker was om ons binnen te laten.
