Excellent hotel in a really good location.
Pros:

Staff on arrival desk were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and nicely appointed, with excellent view. Breakfast in the restaurant had varied options for everyone, replenished regularly and staff were plentiful, friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Not much really. Only downside for us was the pillows were too soft and TV channels in English wete a little limited, but no show-stopper there!

Pros:

The room was big and nicely decorated. Breakfast was okay. The sauna was good. From the hotel, you can walk to the city center in half an hour.

Cons:

The soundproofing was poor. Our room was on the first floor above the bar and there was some noice from the live band of the evening. Sleeping without earplugs early in the evening is difficult if you are a sensitive sleeper. I think that this was not taken into account in the price of the room.

Pros:

Emplacement parfait près des restaurants et dans les zones de prise en charge des tour operators.
Grande chambre, propreté impeccable et room service quotidient. Buffet de petit-déjeuner copieux, varié et savoureux. Personnel agréable !

Pros:

Nettes Hotel, gute Lage. Top Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl. Geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Zimmer mit „seitlichem Meerblick“ gebucht, Ausblick war jedoch auf eine Betonmauer. Daher für Ausblick eher die Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick buchen. Personal hat die Buchung des Parkhauses nicht freigeschaltet weshalb man jedes Mal klingeln musste bei jeder Ein- und Ausfahrt. Fehler wurde nur auf Nachfrage behoben, nicht proaktiv. Einige Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, nur leider nicht alle.

Não faltava nada e tudo era óptimo!

Cons:

Á nossa chegado deram-nos um quarto que não era o que tinhamos reservado, ou seja, era muito mais pequeno ! Depois viemos á recepção e resolveram de imediato o engano!

Beautiful Hotel with Gorgeous Rooms!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent in terms of walking to beaches, restaurants, cafes, etc close to the hotel and it’s a short tuktuk (highly recommend) or taxi to the city center. The room was perfect with excellent amenities and thoughtful treats. No notes!

Cons:

The front desk was often crowded and asking a simple question could take several minutes while large groups checked in and out at all times of the day. There seemed to be a separate desk with someone there but at no point did she offer to help anyone. If that was concierge, it would helpful to point that out to guests upon check in.
A few gripes: 1. The daily / weekly safe charge. We stayed in 6 hotels all over Portugal and were never once charged to use the safe in the room. For the price of the rooms, I found that absurd and very nickle and dimey. 2. The construction going on around the pool area with extremely loud power tools - just a bummer when you’re trying to relax. Overall, we’d absolutely stay there again and recommend but I do hope they lose the safe charge, it’s ridiculous.
