Pros:

Расположение отеля в центре анталии удобно. Можно добратся в любую точку Анталии без проблем. Красивые места. Прекрасный вид из окна. Удобные кроавти.

Cons:

Жалко нет бассейна с подогревом, вода была холодной и сезон у них начанается с мая. В апреле не удалось покупаться и не было аниматоров.

Только Азиз на ресепшене понравился.

Cons:

Сломанный сейф, сломанный телевизор, грязный санузел и без ремонта.
Ремонтные работы с 9.00 утра. Бедный завтра, сломанная кофе машина. Вишенка на торте женщина вломилась в номер 8.40 утра без стука. Полотенца которое выдали в спа был протухшим.

Sogar für Türkisch Kaffee musste man bezahlen.

Facility outdated and certain area smelled like sewage. Food seemed to be the same everyday.

Extremely Misleading – Not as Advertised and Poor Customer Service
Cons:

The room was dated but spacious, which I expected. However, the main reason I booked this hotel was for the balcony with a sea view and outdoor furniture, as shown clearly in the photos on both Booking.com and the hotel’s own website. When we entered the room, the balcony was completely empty with no furniture at all.

I went to reception to report this. The male receptionist was rude and insisted the photos on Booking.com were “false”. I then showed him the identical images on the hotel’s own website, and he changed his explanation, saying that room type was not available and I would need to speak to the manager in the morning.

A few hours later, I returned to reception and discovered that the pools were also closed. This was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s page or during booking, and it was another key reason I chose this property for my children.

Overall, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and no solution was offered. The facilities did not match what was advertised, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I have now booked another hotel and will be requesting a refund due to the misleading information and lack of service.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon

Cons:

Ich fühlte mich wie in den 90ern. Also keinerlei Renovierungsarbeiten, Möbel in der Lobby auf den Zimmern und die Bäder so alt.
