The staff went over and above to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Cons:

Nothing. We didn't personally like the very attractive bathroom arrangements in the room with glass panels separating the bath, the shower and washbasin from the room, but that is us and not everyone. It is not a complaint and there was a curtain that could be pulled around the glass panels, not only for privacy but to avoid walking into them if you needed the bathroom in the night.
