Calidad- precio ideal
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y pero no en el medio del ruido. A parte desde ahí hay mucha combinación de buses. Tiene un 7 eleven justo cruzar la avenida y una lavanderia.
La parte de atrás da a un barrio muy tranquilo y agradable para ir andando hasta el centro.
Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

Lo unico que creo que le añadiría a las habitaciones es cojines extra en la cama para poder leer.

A reliable, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and great value!
Pros:

This was my third time visiting Bangkok and my third stay at Swana Bangkok Hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient for exploring Bangkok, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it offers great value for money for a stay in the city. I keep coming back every time I visit Bangkok.

Great value for the money
Pros:

Het hotel ligt iets verder van het oude centrum, maar te voet zijn de meeste dingen nog wel bereikbaar (als je 30 - 45 minuten wandelt). De kamers waren goed geïsoleerd van lawaai (rustige nachten). Er zijn twee 7/11 winkels vlakbij. Dagelijks krijg je 2 flesjes water. Wij hadden vanuit kamer 406 een heel mooi uitzicht op een tempel bij ondergaande zon. Goede bedden en alles mooi gereinigd. Gratis koffie en koekjes in de lobby (geen waterkoker op de kamer). Airco was stiller dan in ons vorig 4* hotel.

Cons:

Hou er rekening mee dat je 1000 baht moet betalen als waarborg voor je kamer - wij hadden dit geld dus over in de luchthaven. Het hotel is proper, maar je merkt wel dat niet meer alles gloednieuw is (vb. douche). Dit wisten we: er is geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt in het hotel, hou hier rekening mee.

Pros:

Staff very welcoming and nice and helpful with the checkin and checkout procedure, beds are comfy and suited for the price of the place. Location is good for going out at night with a popular road nearby and temple views outside the window.

Cons:

No soap or place to put soap for your hands was offered which was incredibly unusual, and air conditioning machine was quite old, in addition I think installation of electrical plugs next to both sides of the bed would be nice. As well, although the lock was secure, It seemed very flimsy and didn't give a great sense of security. The safe wasnt locked in place which means someone could just pick it up and bring it away technically speaking.

For the price certain things are to be expected tho I would say, but the worst part for me was that there were around 3-4 British guys shouting at 5:30 am in the halls seemingly running up and down which woke me up and continued for 15-30 minutes circa.

Cons:

Before you stay day claim a deposit of 1000 Baht any case of incidental case. We stayed at the 4 floor 24-28 Jan. Noise from the fridge, hard bed, bed pillows, no cattle in the room so that you had to go down and get your hot drink. At the end of check out they charge us 500 Baht for the used towel that were claimed dirty without evidence. I said customer make it dirty you clean it its your job. No answer. The lady at the reception was very rude. We were in hurry that's why with no argue left the hotel. Otherwise I was gonna called the Turism Police.
