Cons:

せっかくの誕生日の祝いで家族で三室とったが、2階でその上窓からの景色も最悪、
コンシェルジュから紹介された懐石料理屋もイマイチ、、
夜中はマナーの悪いインバウンド客とその子供達が走り回り、よく寝られず。
ホテル、室内も古さを感じる。

朝食も、、一泊一人8万以上取るホテルの朝食とは思えない品数に、、唖然。
もう2度と泊まることはないでしょう。

以前落ちついた大人のホテルの雰囲気でしたのに、とても残念。

室内の広さ、快適さ、サービスの質、
朝食のレベル、スタッフの心配り、
それを考えたら、金額が見合っていないと感じる。

Excellent stay experienced and you definitely will be back again
Pros:

Very good location , it’s easy to reach famous temples . The staff there was very kind and warned people . There are many different choices of breakfast . I personally love the Japanese style set for breakfast.
It is an unforgettable memory for me to stay in Hyatt Kyoto .

Amazing stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We arrived by taxi. Staff member greeted and welcomed us. She made sure that we had all our luggage, then escorted us to the check in counter. After checking in we were taken to our room and shown were things were. The room had several toiletries. Our room overlooked a garden. We got the breakfast. It was reasonably priced. They had a variety of food and succulent fresh fruit

Pros:

場所ですね、他は特に無いです。

上の階の人がうるさい、あと部屋からレストランが見える

Great blend of East and West
Pros:

Although it is a western brand, it had a smaller feel than I expected which we liked. Short taxi ride from train station and on several major bus routes and adjacent to one of the major temples and national museum. Hospitality was outstanding from those stationed at the entrance to those on the cozy lounge tucked away downstairs. Wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed the performance by a lovely Maiko one evening along with complementary wine. Excellent housekeeping and quiet accommodations.

Pros:

Don't go here expecting the typical Hyatt Regency hospitality and experience. Also, the hotel is older and due for a refresh. If you want a higher end or comfortable experience, this is not the hotel.
