Everything was very nice from staff to room. Always stay here on trip to Florida.
The hotel did not seem clean. The room was very dated. There was no designated pet walk area, so other guests left their large dog piles for others to enjoy. Grass space for pets was very limited.

High curb with no easy access to and/or from the front door parking lot when using the baggage cart.

The staff was very helpful and nice and asked numerous times if there was anything that we needed. The room was clean and spacious. There was also a small kitchen area will coffee. In addition, they had coffee in the lobby all night. I will stay here again!!
My wife and I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn, our first stay with this brand in about 5 years. In the past , we’ve consistently found Hampton Inn properties to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made this experience particularly disappointing.
The room had multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues:
* NO HOT WATER, even after running it continuously for 20 min
* A bathtub with significant CHIPPING and a WORN surface
* A BROKEN wall switch plate secured by only one screw
* An OLD mattress providing minimal support
* Overall cleanliness BELOW the standard I have come to expect
from Hampton Inn
Taken together, these issues suggest broader maintenance and quality-control failures rather than isolated oversights.
I contacted corporate guest services to report the decline in upkeep and encourage management to restore the property to Hampton standards.

House keeper tried to walk in while I was getting dressed at 1030am and checkout was at 12
The rooms looked like a recent renovation, and was very clean. Staff was very friendly, and informative. Breakfast offered and enjoyable, pool looked excellent and the family were able to wear the little one out.
I use a CPAP and the electrical outlets were low below the night stands difficult to connect to.
GPS directions were incorrect and took us around the circle.

Had a room with a bed with dog pee in it. Shower was broken and kept shooting water over the shower curtain, fridge was broken and stunk to high heavens

After reading some of these reviews I wanted to share a perfect overnight experience. I booked the hotel on the Hilton app about an hour before arriving and Ashely at the front desk had already done some work to make sure our two rooms were near each other. She’s an amazing ambassador after a long day of driving - so kind and welcoming. Rooms were large, quiet, modern and clean. Dinner options right outside the front door. Breakfast was everything we needed before starting another long drive. There are over a dozen choices at this location and so glad we picked this Hampton Inn. Hilton, give Ashley a raise!
