Pros:

Hotel molto comodo in ottima posizione, con diversi tram davanti all'hotel e la metro Serdika vicinissima, così come il centro. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera spaziosa, bella doccia. Letto comodo, pulito, 4 cuscini. Acqua a disposizione, così come bollitore e tè.

Cons:

Un po' strano il fatto che il lenzuolo lo devi mettere da te....la moquette è datata/macchiata. La colazione non è male ma sarebbe potuta essere meglio (gli yogurt sono confezionati, non c'è acqua fredda, niente limone e sacchetti di tè con scritte in cirillico non spiegate - in generale mancano etichette per ciascuna cosa). Uno dei receptionist poteva essere più sorridente. Acqua gassata del minibar bevuto il primo giorno e non reintegrata (certo, l'avrei potuta chiedere ma mi è comunque parso strano che il minibar non venisse ri-rifornito ogni giorno)
