Pros:

Parking is convenient. Breakfast offerings were limited, but generally good quality. Staff at front desk was a new hire. She was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Bed was too soft. Sofa cushions were too spongy and kept slipping into its frame. We were awakened at 3am when we heard the arrival of a large, noisy truck with squealing brakes, right outside our 2nd story window. Stopper in bathroom sink was broken; bottom of dishwasher was full of water. Although the hotel is close to the river, it is surrounded by other hotels and apartment buildings, so all you see is a narrow street, some parking, and buildings. It wasn't dreadful... it was just meh

Pros:

I was traveling with my family of 5 and reserved the 2 bedroom suite. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly. They have an outdoor pool but it was closed and they let us know that we could use the indoor pool at a sister Hotel across the roadway. The property of Residence Inn is tucked away from a busy street and it felt safe and peaceful. We would recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
