All in all this hotel was excellent for me and my wife , we will be coming back again .

The breakfasts was excellent.

Cons:

At breakfast the cups were small for coffee, I think they could at least give you a choices like small and medium . I wanted to get coffee for the road but the cup was too small. So I had to go to the gas station next door to get a medium coffee for my drive. Also in my room # 113 the bathroom door couldn't lock as if the door lock wasn't going into the hole . It's the little things things a company lets go and it piles up to something else being not taken care of . I really love this hotel, this is my second time staying here and I just want this place to stay excellent. This location is our rest stop from Pennsylvania , as we go to Albany Ga .

The best thing about my stay was the kind f, friendly and courteous staff.
Pros:

The quality of the breakfast was not what it was on my previous visit. I hated the breakfast. I appreciated the coffee though.

Cons:

I Room had an awful smell , I had to go to the Walmart to get a pet odor spray. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the bathroom needs to be properly cleaned. There is dirt buildup in the corners and visible pee in the crevices of the toilet seat. I felt cheated because we were unable to use the pool for the ENTIRE DURATION OF OUR STAY!

Pros:

The location was great and near a lot of the shopping areas and right next to shoney's restaurant. The room was clean, did not try any breakfast.

Cons:

Was not able to check in at 2pm like the app said without having to basically prove what was on my confirmation. Housekeeping tried to enter in my room at 9 and checkout was suppose to be at 12. Also with that being said checkout was at 11 according with the facility but my confirmation said 12. The tv shut off at 11 so if you were not out of the room by then you were not able to watch tv. The cleaning crew was loud when trying to sleep.

The bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was. The employees were professional and courteous. They issued a $50.00 discount

The handicap room
1. When shower was turned on the entire shower assembly blew off the wall hitting him in the stomach and high pressure water pushed him back against the wall and I almost fell. Water filled the floor. Also there was no handicap shower seat and no grab handles. No phone in room, no light bulb in one light and no lamp shade on the bed side lamp. The discount should have been for the total amount due to my husband's stomach injury brused stomach.and he cannot stand very long as he is confined to a wheelchair.
We were not told of the construction which would have made a difference in booking the hotel.
I would like to hear back from management.
