Perfectly located off Interstate 95!
Honestly, I had no problems during my stay! Great property!
The property was right off the interstate. When we walked in we could tell it was renovated and it was nicely done. The entryway was clean and welcoming and our room was very clean. The breakfast was the same for all of the Hampton Inns we have stayed in but was pretty good in taste for what it was. There was even a sugar free syrup option where in others we haven’t seen that option.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
1. Monday morning breakfast full and hot at 9am. Breakfast staff friendly and attentive.
2. Front desk receptionist at check-in very welcoming and professional.
1. Sunday morning breakfast depleted and cold by 9am. Breakfast staff apathetic and unavailable.
2. A hotel staff member interrupts closing elevator doors. He then proceeded to hold the door open insisting that another hotel housekeeping staff member get on with her cleaning cart.
3. Coffee in hotel lobby COLD by 8pm each night during my stay.
The staff was excellent and extremely helpful

Beds could be comfy except we couldn’t sleep in them since there we had to leave the hotel due to a roach infestation in our room.
Cockroaches and little bugs all around the entertainment unit. This was with the lights on! Didn’t stay long enough to see what would happen in the dark. They offered us to stay for free and we still left if that doesn’t sum up how gross it was I don’t know what will!

The breakfasts was excellent.
At breakfast the cups were small for coffee, I think they could at least give you a choices like small and medium . I wanted to get coffee for the road but the cup was too small. So I had to go to the gas station next door to get a medium coffee for my drive. Also in my room # 113 the bathroom door couldn't lock as if the door lock wasn't going into the hole . It's the little things things a company lets go and it piles up to something else being not taken care of . I really love this hotel, this is my second time staying here and I just want this place to stay excellent. This location is our rest stop from Pennsylvania , as we go to Albany Ga .
The quality of the breakfast was not what it was on my previous visit. I hated the breakfast. I appreciated the coffee though.
I Room had an awful smell , I had to go to the Walmart to get a pet odor spray. The carpet needs to be cleaned and the bathroom needs to be properly cleaned. There is dirt buildup in the corners and visible pee in the crevices of the toilet seat. I felt cheated because we were unable to use the pool for the ENTIRE DURATION OF OUR STAY!
