Cleanest hotel in Ontario
Pros:

I stayed for the first time with my fiancé, over the long holiday/Valentine’s weekend (February 13–16) was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this property takes pride in its presentation. The hotel is modern, renovated and most importantly for me, exceptionally clean. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I genuinely could not find a single thing out of place. Even the scent throughout the hotel was fresh. One thing that really stood out was how quiet it was. I didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a very relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the personalized welcome message with my name on the TV. Being able to log into my streaming accounts and access premium channels at no extra cost made it feel even more like a home away from home. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything was consistently well-maintained. I also felt very safe throughout my stay. The parking lot is well-monitored with roving security, and the surrounding area is lively with other hotels, shops, and restaurants. The location couldn’t have been better, directly across from Ontario Mills and just a short 10-minute drive to Victoria Gardens, which was perfect for my fiancé and me.Although I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or use the pool, everything else exceeded my expectations. I also want to give a special mention to Marissa at the front desk, she was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating.
Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Whenever I’m in the area, this will absolutely be my top choice. Highly recommend!

Disappointing
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Despite paying nearly $200, all basic amenities were having to be a Hilton Honors member and no one explained that, hot water did not make it up to 4th floor, jacuzzi was broken, not a business hotel as represented: post-bar partying neighbors with no one at front desk to assist, breakfast was not included despite checking the box for hotels where it was. They did waive parking but really nothing could mitigate the experience for a work trip.

Nice hotel and convince off working and dining there. But the price is really expensive in my option
Pros:

Breakfast was good but the portions were huge. I asked for smaller portion a few mornings and that request was ignored. Resulting in wasted food.

Cons:

The dinner staff was awesome, she was attentive and had great interactions with everyone. Only had 1 bad dinner experience and that was in the cook. Had a burger Friday Feb 13 and ended up really sick a few hours later and through Valentine’s Day. Ruined my plans for Valentine’s Day. I informed the staff Sunday when I checked out.

Great staff
Pros:

The room and atmosphere were great, but the best part was the breakfast service in the morning. I was there for a week and Rengie did a great job getting my breakfast sorted seamlessly. Everyday she would deliver my plate with a smile and she even reminded my specific order by day 2. The front desk was also helpful with my request to get more hangers.

Pros:

The location is near the airport and restaurants/mall. The staff, especially Reggie, is very hospitable and accommodating. Check-in was easy. The rooms are clean. The atmosphere is welcoming. The fruit water is refreshing. Bright and big windows in the lobby is very relaxing. I recommend this place and will be booking at this hotel when in town again.
