Un equipo de trabajo del hostal es espectacular, en albergue, muy limpio y organizado, muy bien ubicado.

Está la parada de autobuses y taxi debajo, toda la noche se escucha gente gritando.

A perfect location and very well run hotel.
Pros:

High quality, sophisticated hotel in the centre of town. 6a bus from airport stops 3 metres from The front door. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Pros:

We stayed in Hotel Universal on our last night after finishing the Camino.
They were very accommodating with the check-in, proposing a room in the attic which was very ample, quiet and had a view over the Cathedral. The bed was king size (180cm),
The location in Plaza Galicia, very close to the Cathedral, makes it perfect to connect with the city centre but also to travel to the airport or station.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den nahen Kinderspielplatz. Diesen Ort nutzen nachts bis in die Frühe auch sehr umtriebige und feierlaunige Menschen.
Der laute Schall drang durch die geschlossenen Fenster. Lärmenpfindliche und ruhebedürftige Gäste sollte lieber um ein Zimmer mit einer anderen Ausrichtung bitten.

très agréable
Pros:

La situation géographique proche de la gare et du centre historique est très appréciable. L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est agréable

Cons:

la salle de bain mériterait d'être améliorée notamment avec la possibilité d'avoir une douche à la place d'une baignoire avec un accès difficile

Muito bom hotel.
Pros:

Localização e atendimento excelentes.

Cons:

Controle do ar-condicionado ficava atrás de uma porta que não tínhamos acesso para controlar a temperatura. Nao fazia sentido a existência daquela porta.
