Ein seeehr kleines Einzelzimmer für nicht eine, nein drei Übernachtungen zum Preis von einem Doppelzimmer!!! Die Receptionisten sind nicht sehr freundlich - ein Lächeln kostet nichts!!!!
Auf meine Bemerkung betr kleinem Zimmer kriegte ich nur dir lapidare Antwort: ist halt ein Einzelzimmet - aber der Preis entspricht dem eines Doppelzimmers!!!
ich war sehr enttàuscht - denn ich buchte Universal, da ich vor 1Jahr (zu zweit) sehr zufrieden war. Schade-schade-schade

A nice hotel close to the city centre and Santiago Cathedral.
Room with very comfortable beds, good soundproofing, and a large bathroom including a bidet.
Professional and well-trained staff.
Breakfast was good with a very gentle waiter.

Cons:

Not a major issue..
Our room was spacious, but the sofa bed was left open even though we were only two people. If it had been closed, we could have used the sofa and had more space.
In my opinion was a bit expensive for the service offered.

Se trata de una alojamiento sobrio y funcional. Ideal para pasear por el casco histórico de Santiago, ya que se encuentra justo a la entrada del mismo.

Para a categoria deste hotel, preço, atendimento e as condições que oferece, ele é excelente.
Pros:

A localização é central perto das atrações turísticas e a poucas quadras da estação de trem e ônibus. o Quarto é limpo sem carpete e o banheiro foi renovado a pouco tempo. o café da manhã é muito bom com frutas, iogurte, pães, ovos, suco de laranja unicamente, queijos , mel e geléias, manteiga. o atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo, prestativos e nos deram dicas de pontos turísticos para visitar. Quando solicitei a troca do quarto foram solícitos e realizaram a troca imediatamente .

Cons:

não gostei do quarto no último andar junto a casa de máquinas dos elevadores e acesso por uma escada acarpetada onde não há saída de emergência em caso de incêndio. Este quarto tem aspecto de um depósito que foi adaptado a ser um quarto, não percebi segurança naquele andar.
