La ubicación
Que el checkin es a las 15, después de llegar del camino se hace muy duro tener que esperar tanto, aunque es verdad que llamamos y la habitación estaba lista a as 13:30, pero otros no tuvieron tanta suerte. Solo había dos enchufes, uno junto a una cama y el otro en el baño, tuvimos que desenchufar la tele y hacer contirsionismo para enchufar otro aparato más. Si es complicado añadir enchufes, al menos podría haber un triple.

Ascensore troppo piccolo dove non entrava il nostro passeggino (grande ma sempre entrato in tutti gli altri ascensori), lo abbiamo lasciato all ingresso custodito ma avremmo preferito portarlo in camera.

Lo mejor del hotel aparte del personal que es excelente, es la situación y que tiene un parking justo en la puerta.
Los colchones de las camas se hunden en el centro y la habitación se queda un poco pequeña.

Perfect location for our stay at the end of our camino. A few minutes walk away from the cathedral and also to the train station. On the edge of the pedestrianised streets with plenty of bars and restaurants.
Polote and attentive reception staff.
When we checked out we were able to keep our bags there until later in the afternoon.
Comfortable and quiet room with AC.
The most expensive of our hotel stays along the camino frances but I suppose we were in Santiago and other hotels in that location were comparible.
