Loaction of hotel, very easy to find. Our booking was for a week before and had paid in advance but we had a family emergency that meant we could not travel, we are thankful that the Hotel was able to accomodate us for the following week. Breakfast was okay basic english.
Our stay was heavily impacted by the temperature in our room. The room was far too hot, making it incredibly difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. The provided fan was hardly adequate and did almost nothing to cool the space down. For any hotel, a basic expectation is a comfortable sleeping environment, and this was not met.
We were frustrated to find that we had to pay extra for parking. For guests already paying a premium to stay at the property, these kinds of added surcharges feel like unnecessary .
The most frustrating part of the experience was the pricing policy regarding breakfast. Even though we had paid a much higher room rate (above £100) based on pricing from the previous week, we were still forced to pay extra for breakfast.
To make matters worse, on the actual day we stayed, the standard room rate had dropped below £100. Given that we effectively paid a premium rate well above the day's going rate, the hotel absolutely should have packaged breakfast into our rate as a gesture of good value. Charging us extra on top of our inflated room rate felt completely unfair.

Only the location. The hotel used to be much nicer and better value for money.
To have to pay for parking when booked into the hotel. The shower water pressure was poor. The bathroom needs updating. The lady at the desk on Sunday morning doing her makeup when we were checking out! The hotel needs upgrading considerably with decor. Very tired and the cost does not represent good value for money.
