The place is located in a fantastic location and the grounds are amazing plus the golf course is really nice & the place is kept in tip top condition, finally the breakfast was really nice and tasty probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

I was met by a wonderful Lady in reception, who was happy, bright and bubbly, instantly welcoming me to the Manor and making me feel right at home. The staff are wonderful and look after you throughout, being very helpful and supportive. The food is very good, with a generous cooked and continental style buffet breakfast. I will be returning to Coulsdon Manor again in the future, should my work bring me back down their way again.
