Outside looked nice and was near family we were visiting
Building really needs someone to do work on it. Doors not looking for bathrooms, windows not locking. No room service over the two nights we stayed. Floors not maintained as paper heart were strewn everywhere when we arrived and still there two days later.
The hotel was lovely and clean
It could do with a bit of a up date to the bathrooms
I’ve stayed at Coulsdon Manor many times over the last couple of years and have always been welcomed by all the friendly, polite staff. Everything suits my purpose for my stay especially as I always come with my dog. The grounds are brilliant for walking my dog of which I appreciate the availability to do so.
There’s nothing about the property I don’t like.

A bit dated. Lots of black mould in the sealant around the bath tub. Parking company attempting to place a fine even though I paid within 5 mins of arrival.

Outrageous guests have to pay now for car parking.
Bespoke need to deal with this promptly.
Coulsdon manor has plenty of car parking space and has coped for decades without charging
If staying overnight it’s crazy. It’s not as if it’s a large city hotel.
