Friendly and peaceful.
Pros:

The hotel is full of character and the grounds are wonderful and the staff were very friendly and welcoming our room was very pleasant and comfortable, with two little faults the hand basin plug was faulty and the bathroom door lock didn't work. apart from that we could not fault the Hotel. and really quiet.

Cons:

The surrounding area was lacking as in nothing else in the area, no shops or anything else of interest

Pros:

A pleasant hotel in a leafy location. Good breakfast & restaurant. Free parking. Decent size room. Shower good. Tea making facilities. TV works!

Cons:

The sharp turn into the hotel access road, requires care.

Pros:

A very nice hotel a little dated in some rooms. But very clean overall and good value. The cooked breakfast was made to order and was served freshly cooked nice and hot and tasted very nice indeed, especially wish to mention it was served by a very nice cheerful young waitress who made us feel so welcome.

Cons:

Some upholstery chairs in our executive room were a bit marked and could do with upholstery cleaning. Bathroom was clean but some redecorating is required.

Perfect place to stay for my convenience
Pros:

I’ve stayed at Coulsdon Manor Hotel many times now and have never been disappointed with anything during my stays. I always bring my dog with me and it’s absolutely perfect. The grounds are perfect for walking dogs and the staff love our canine friends. As usual, people with animals must be responsible for their dogs needs and habits and respectful to those staying without four legged friends.
