Bel hôtel bien situé.
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement bien centré et tout près de la gare, la chambre spacieuse, le bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse située sur le toit.

Cons:

La baignoire trop haute pour grimper dedans sans barre où se tenir (j’ai failli glisser), j’aurais préféré une douche.

Schade!
Pros:

Super Lage. Geschichte des Hotels Elite.

Cons:

Es ist leider nicht mehr das Elite, das es einmal war. Es verdient den Namen nicht mehr, ist nicht mehr das beste Hotel in Biel. Traurig.
Es wird beim Personal gespart. Ist unpersönlich, nur noch digital. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

Frühstück war mega inkl. Aussicht über Biel, Osteria top, Ticket von Bahnhofparking kann für öV benutzt werden.

Très bien superbe chambre !
Pros:

Très belle chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée.

Cons:

Je n’aime pas les systèmes de check-in et check-out en ligne.

J’ai reçu plusieurs e-mails me demandant de faire le check-in à l’avance, mais pour aller jusqu’au bout de la procédure, il fallait renseigner le numéro de ma carte de crédit, alors que tout avait déjà été payé par Booking.

Je n’ai donc évidemment pas effectué le check-in en ligne. Je ne suis pas forcément à l’aise à l’idée de transmettre mes informations de carte de crédit sur ce type de plateforme, surtout lorsque le séjour est déjà entièrement réglé via Booking.

Super schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Nähe Bahnhof und Busstation fast vor der Tür. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes grosses und helles Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder.

Alles perfekt.

It was good.
Pros:

Maitress too soft in my opinion. Location: too loud, as some young dudes had a party the whole night with a ghetto blaster, but it is ok. Just could not sleep. Breakfast was ok, good taste but not much of a selection standard.

Cons:

Mentioned above. In daddtion: No ddicated parking places for teh car

לא נוח בלילה יש המון מסעדות והמון אנשים

קצת לא מרגיש בטוח בגלל שיש הרבה אנשים בסביבה ואין אנשי צוות בלילה או בקרה על האנשים הנכנסים למרות שהכניסה עם כרטיס אבל עדיין
אין חנייה
היה לנו בעיה במזגן והמתנו עד יום למחרת
עד שקבלנו חדר אחר
הצוות התאמץ כדי שיעמוד בדרישות שלנו
אבל בסוף הם עמדו
