Pros:

Nothing at all, as soon as I went in to check in the door was locked and they’re was a note stating if im not here im helping another guest with a phone number to the next door hotel. I called the man came over not very professional at all checked in and got the keys when entering the room it smelt bad as I looked at the room the bed had no comforter two small pillows the walls we’re disgusting with scratches chipped paint and a big hole in the wall. I check the bathroom and it was like someone just took a shower in there the shower was still went and it was like if someone had walked in with dirty shoes left marks and pubes in the shower. I felt so uncomfortable my son and I had to go buy a candle blankets pillows and towels because they gave is one that was thrown over the shower with yellow stains. I will not refer this hotel to no one & if I could get a refunds I would request one immediately.

Pros:

Room was relatively clean thought was not. Bedding was clean, but stained

Cons:

Someone was rattling the door in the very early morning hours. No wash clothes or hand towel. Pillows were not comfortable as they were decorative pillows with pillow cases on them. Only a sheet and thin cover, no blanket. Halls and room stunk of smoke though the rooms all said No Smoking. Handle on drawer was hanging off. Walls had been damaged with long cuts and not painted over. TV didn't'work.Window wouldn't open. No manager on duty at the desk. I had to walk across the parking lot to another motel to get assistance to check in.

I will never stay at a Travelodge again. My overall all experience was horrible!

Stay away! Not a good experience!
Pros:

They did refund my money when I decided I couldn't stay there because of the condition of the rooms.

Cons:

Clerk was very unprofessional. Talking on her phone, personal call, while trying to check us in. The first room smelled so bad I refused it. Moved to a second room that was not any better. Homeless people walking around the area. No breakfast. Ask for a refund. Was refused to begin with. Raised enough trouble that the clerk called the manager who agreed to give me a refund. Moved to another hotel.

They were pet friendly.

Cons:

The facility needs an update, seems old and dirty. Towels smelled and only two of them. No water cups. No breakfast. Went to open window and it was plexiglass that fell out. Bicycles laying everywhere by entrance/exit. Carpet needs replaced. Overall just seemed dirty.

Disgusting
Pros:

The room smelled of pee, the carpet was damp, beds were damp. Had to ask for a different room which was better, but would never stay there again

We planned on 2 nights, but left after 1
Pros:

The clerk was courteous and responded quickly to requests.

Cons:

The room had peeling paint, part of the baseboard was missing, the door key and door itself worked poorly, there was 1 bath towel, no blanket, the room smelled bad, the phone was filthy. Big company making large profit by investing nothing in the facility.

Pros:

i did like the location. there were many things available in the area for food, or entertainment. it was helpful that we were able to switch rooms

Cons:

what I didn't like was the first room that was given to us was not in habitable shape. the pictures were ripped off of the wall. the smell was as if it hadn't even been cleaned in a while, the bed sheets had stains. the appliances didn't even work.
