Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

Breakfast with our cruise package was terrible to say the least. Food was cold and ran out as well. Took 35 min to replace eggs
Food service options were not good either. They had a nail salon in lobby which was ridiculous. This area could be a nice bar lounge

Our stay was problem free and very enjoyable!
Pros:

It was clean. All staff were pleasant and catered to our needs. The location is perfect because there are many places to eat at and plenty of things to see and do, all within walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this property.

It was nice but I don't think I'll be coming back
Pros:

I liked the room it was a breath of fresh air

Cons:

I didn't like how "two king beds" meant one king & a pull out & I didn't like how it was stated no where that breakfast was not complimentary

Bad
Cons:

Service was terrible. When I received the bill there were things included (drinks and food) that we hadn't had. When I told the man at the front desk he said he couldn't do anything about two of those charges, but that he was going to remove the other two. I then received another bill and to our surprise he had just changed those two charges to another one for a room service that didn't even happen. When I went to complain about it again, not only was he rude, but he also said he could do nothing about it and that if that service was there was because we ordered it. He didn't care that we were telling him we hadn't had any food, drinks or room service while we were there, and he didn't bother to check the times or anything else. So basically this hotel is making us pay over 50$ for foods and drinks we didn't have.
On top of that, the room wasn't really clean when we arrived and the water pressure was terrible.
We were very disappointed with the service, and the quality definitely doesn't match the price point.
