Pros:

Great location

Cons:

The pull out bed did not have linen. We called front desk 6 times we never received it. They did not offer to give us another room. My son was very uncomfortable trying to sleep. As a result we were up all night.

I was charged an additional fee for my pet during my stay, and the hotel assured me that a portion of this amount would be refunded. It has now been two weeks, and I have yet to receive the refund.

When I try to follow up, my calls are repeatedly placed on long holds without any clear resolution. This has been very frustrating, especially given that the amount involved is significant.

I would appreciate prompt action on this matter and better communication regarding the refund status.
