There was bed bugs asked to change rooms and found more bed bugs when I showed the clerk the pics she wanted to see in person like she didnt believe me. I asked for refund and she said it would be on my card in 5 to 10 mins she not only didnt refund me but charged my card another 85.32.

Will not be back.
Pros:

The random engagement in conversations with other guests about the hotel.

Cons:

Ran out of breakfast food by 9am.
The unexpected "damage" deposit. Literally said no where on booking.com app or on the facts about the hotel. ( will be upload photos i took of the room before we left so I can get the unexpected deposit back.)
Window curtain did not close fully so the street lights filled the room.

The whole building smelled of poop. It was disgusting. The reason I booked this hotel was for the heated pool. And when I got there, the pool was down and green, like it had been down forever. No where did it say that the pool was down. The elevator sounds like its gonna break down at any moment. The whole hotel looks worn down inside, and the outside is even worse. The breakfast was horrible. Got down for breakfast at 8 am, there was nothing besides cereal, plain bagels, waffles, or plain eggs and sausage.

OK place to stay, but I would probably stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

It was convenient and a decent place to stay.

Cons:

It is starting to show its age and has numerous things in dire need of maintenance. The breakfast was the same every day. The juice was watery. The toaster did not work. There was no hot water for the instant oatmeal.

No privacy if staying on first floor. They have see through curtains for people outside to see right inside. I felt so uncomfortable so I left early

Free breakfast was pretty good, beds were comfy and had a good tv in the room

Cons:

The phone in our room didn't work, Jacuzzi didn't work, we were given the wrong room number and key and had to go back down to fix that. Pull out couch had a lot of rust on it, heated pool was freezing cold
