The breakfast was horrible and the coffee was cold!!! Elevator was slow and room had slight odor. 😔

I chose this property because it was pet friendly and had a room with a jetted tub. The room reeked of urine. The controls to use the jetted tub were removed. Hotel staff was knocking on the door to clean before checkout time. I felt rushed and left canned drinks for my road trip in the fridge.

Staff very lazy and was very slow to respond to our simple request. Breakfast was not good because they hardly refilled anything. When you asked they just said ok and stayed in their phones.

Breakfast was disgusting. Rooms all smelled as urine. Never will be back!!

The hotel wasn't clean at all...The front entrance door was filthy and needed to be clean...The rug was worn out and dirty.. There was a stanky smell on the third floor where my room was located. The elevator was nasty and floor needed to be mopped...The carpets needed to be vacuumed....The actual room where the beds were was dusty...The mattress on the bed was too low and you could actually feel the box spring....The breakfast area needed to be cleaned as well...I complained several times to the lady at the front desk and she noted that the manager would be in but I never saw him or talk to him. Overall, this hotel needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned...I asked for some of my money back and never received anything....I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This is a hotel I will never stay at again. The attendant had guests waiting for over 30 minutes during check in to the point couple left. The attendant had me to swipe 2 different credit cards that clearly has money in my account and then gave me my room key. When it was time for me to exit they claimed the payment did not go through and I had to call customer service with my credit card and they stated the money was taken out and I could clearly see on my statement that the money had been taken out. The carpet in building in dirty. The elevator had not been mopped. Finger prints all over the automatic doors. My room key was purposefully deactivated by the attendant and I had to go and reactivate it. Water in the hallway with no floor signs leading to the food that is a safety issue. The fitness had no cleaning materials to wipe down.

check in was poor. I booked an accessible room with roll in shower. I was given a standard room. I was told the roll in shower room was not available. The shower head in the room I was given was jury-rigged with tape and it leaked so bad there was extremely low water output at the shower head. Barely enough water to take a shower. Breakfast was cold at 6:15 a.m.

The pool was down and the one day out of the 4 the water was super foggy not sure what that means. Some of the staff was rude exceptional to my kids. Breakfast was okay but limited and not hot. Beds were kinda hard.

I don't like anything it was gross cockroaches bug bugs dirty sheets no food no coffee pool was out of order and skunk

The room smelled extremely moldly, the carpet looked old & dirty, no extra blankets or sheets were available for the sofa bed in the room. I went to the front desk multiple times to request bedding in order to use the bed but constantly told it was in laundry. The kids feel asleep without bedding & I woke up midnight to go to front desk again & finally received bedding.

It was terrible experience. We found a roach and they didn’t give us another bed room. They only gave me my deposit back which was 100 and we paid 213 for the room and they have me 20 dollars back due to the roach. They hotel looked TERRIBLE. I reserved the hotel before viewing the review which I know my mistake but I was like maybe they’re exaggerating but THEY ARE NOT!!!!! They kept telling me that the manager was going to talk to me and he never did. He kept taking to the female from the little office behind the counter. I have a kid that has severe eczema and shellfish allergies and they still did nothing. They need to close this place down!!!! The walls had water marks, it’s dirty, the pool was filthy. There was algae in there. I have 2 of my kids sick right now with FEVERS! I am so disappointed and unhappy about this. I will be following up with this. Because 20 dollars for a roach is not okay. I should have taken pictures of the place but I was embarrassed. And there enough on the website. And then they tried to charge my card again for the room. And bookings. Com charged me as well 50 dollars. I am so disgusted at this situation.

The smell in the halls and the room had to keep spraying smell good to stop smelling it .
