Superb!
Pros:

Lovely accommodations. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Upon arrival we had difficulty locating the parking area. One of the staff members accompanied my husband to the car park area! Super nice.

Cons:

Parking was initially hard to find.

Lovely hospitality and neat clean excellent location
Pros:

Close to square and ferry dock-and history, charm on site parking
Dining team lovely and meals excellent choices and very nice
Room clean team amazing!

Cons:

You dont have to park in public parking while it is a discount validated- you are charged each time u leave vs at hotel no discount but can come and go with car for a slightly higher price-

Staff very nice, great location. This is a busy tourist hotel, so if you are looking for charming ambiance you may need to look elsewhere. Convenient to parking garage and hotel validates to give a good overnight rate.

Excellent high-quality property with great staff, but you'll pay for it.
Pros:

very friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent location, large room with good-sized washroom.

Cons:

Value for money wasn't wonderful - while the property was nice, it was extremely expensive and the furnishings were rather dated...although in good repair
