The hotel is lovely. Large bedroom with tea facilities. Great location. The staff are exceptional. Great indoor parking right beside the hotel. The hotel food is excellent. Would definitely stay again.
The bathroom. Old style bath with overhead shower head. Unsafe for older or disabled people. . A walk in shower is needed with grab rails in appropriate places.
Very comfortable, great breakfast and warm and friendly staff

Location
Room was without view and contained a twin bed we didn't need. Shower was just warm, but not hot. Sink drain was clogged but housekeeping fixed right away.
Good meal in restaurant in evening and breakfast also good
Clean, comfortable room
Helpful staff and location
Nothing really
The location was great. Included breakfast which had hot options. Excellent staff
The wifi was so bad in the room
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, the first time being two years ago. To say that our experiences were drastically different is a huge understatement, the result being we will never stay at this property again. It has turned into the tour bus hotel of Ireland, stuffing at least three/four coach tours of customers into the hotel at one time. As a family of three traveling together, using two suites, the air coniditioning was not working on the hottest day in Ireland, hitting 93 degrees F. Though the apologies were profuse, there was no one available to remotely fix the problem, other than offering an undersize fan to blow sweltering air onto us. When one member of the family agreed to move rooms, out of an appropriately sized room, she was moved into a dormitory sized room with three beds, no washcloths, and old linens. Upon moving, it was suggested she would be charged for a suite!! This hotel has become a third rate one, at best, needing a thorough cleansing and a focues on something that resembles a quality customer experience. Unless you arrive on a motorcoach, your experience will be dismal as a second class citizen. The public areas are dirty and stained to the point that you do not want to sit on upholstered pieces. In addition to all of this, the food is no better than what can be found at a highway cafeteria. Clearly, we will never be returning to The Park House Hotel in Galway.
Best last minute reservation we made.
Perfekt läge mitt i stan, rent och snyggt, stort rum och sköna sängar. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Bra frukost med mycket att välja på.
Checked all the boxes of a great facility and excellent service!
The location can’t be beat!
Nice friendly, accommodating staff. The hotel needs a face lift as it is worn out, but in a very good location.
Location is great
Bathroom and shower was just okay. Parking was a pain. Dragging luggage from car park and up stairs was not good with no assistance offered. Hotel has lift but still have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs.
Park house just never fails to deliver on outstanding food of superior quality. The staff are courteous and most helpful
