I wouldn’t recommend them.
Pros:

Good service.

Cons:

The plumbing backed up the last night and we had to use the lobby facilities. No apology or accommodation from the hotel. Seemed like we didn’t matter .

Relaxing and comfortable stay in Galway city centre
Pros:

Great location. The cleanest hotel I have ever visited. From rooms, bar, restaurants and toilet facilities. Absolutely spotless. Great staff. Breakfast really good and freshly cooked to order so nice and hot.

Thankful we booked here
Pros:

Staff was so helpful, friendly, and kind. We loved the facilities and even the other people staying here were very nice. Every question was answered by staff and any worry was put at ease. We did not get the chance to eat there but the pours of Guinness were great. It is in a very convenient place for getting to almost any part of Galway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

Cons:

Only thing that wasn't 10/10 was difficulty with the TV but not important.

Beautiful Hotel.
Pros:

The beds were so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and good at their jobs. The young staff have been very well trained. The decor was really beautiful, I'm glad it hasn't been "modernized" as it's lovely to look at. The breakfast was lovely also.

Cons:

The heat in some parts of the hotels relaxed communal seating areas was very hot.

Would not recommend
Cons:

First morning we ended up in the middle of an American group for breakfast we were not asked if we were part if the group we were just show a table breakfast was very small and we were still hungry. Whe finished.
Bedroom was cold we asked reception how to regulate the heating she sent up a porter up to look after it he could not sort it said he would get a heater for us and we never see him again.

It was ok but didn’t compare favourably to other places we stayed in Ireland on our road trip
Pros:

Convenient hotel in the city. Car parking at the hotel
Is available but limited but there is more car parking in the public car park next door. There is a small grocery store across the road

Cons:

The air con didn’t work for longer than an hour at a time when we first got to the room but it did start working after we asked about it at the front desk. The towel rack heater didn’t work for the whole time we were there. When we arrived in the room there was only one tea bag. Staff were not as friendly as other places we’ve stayed in Ireland
