We had a great experience there other than the lack of soundproofing on the room and internet which we didn’t really min
Pros:

Great location easy access to everything, good selection on the half board meals

Cons:

Internet was too slow and we had front door facing street you could here every person walking past talking and also guests walking past the room zero soundproofing not sure of other rooms but can hear noises throughout the night

Fantastic place for family vacation
Pros:

That is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the fantastic beach made the location really comfortable for our family with a small child.
The sea view from the room and the lobby bar was amazing.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of food, especially the fish and fruit, which were exceptionally good.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Manager Juan at the reception for his outstanding service.

Cons:

The only issue was the room service. It felt like one cleaner for the entire floor was not enough. I highly recommend improving the quality of the housekeeping.
It didn't have a major impact on our stay, but it's still an area that requires attention.

Pros:

Colazione variegata e di buona qualita'. I ragazzi dell'animazione , in particolare Jorge e Dani sono eccezionali.
Posizione fantastica sul mare a pochi passi dalla movida di Magaluf e Palmanova

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto direi che la pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere migliorata

A szoba mérete, felszereltsége, a kilátás a tengerre. Az étkezés is szuper volt.

Personnel, prestations, proximité plages, activités proposées, qualité des repas

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit, chambre mal isolée phoniquement et matelas trop mou. Et manque une laverie dans l'hôtel

Hotel wspaniały! Począwszy od idealnej lokalizacji - blisko plaży, restauracji, sklepów i przystanków autobusowych. Palmanova bardzo spokojna, z piękną piaszczystą plaża. W hotelu czyściutko, mnóstwo atrakcji, udogodnień, niezwykle miły i pomocny personel. Basen z bardzo duża ilością leżaków, z ratownikiem. Ale na szczególne pochwały zasługuje wyżywienie. Jedzenie doskonale, bardzo urozmaicone, pyszne i świeże. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Hôtel agréable belle vue sur la mer, la cuisine est maison et le personnel très gentil

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres et les recouches sont faites trop vite ( reste sable cheveux sur le sol), un kit de nettoyage dans la cuisine serait le bien venu

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Külön köszönjük Mahmoud-nak a bartendernek a figyelmességét és kedves kiszolgálást! A reggeli bőséges volt és sokféle.

Cons:

A teljes dohányzásmentesség az épületben, hiszen van terasz a szobákban és közösségi teraszból is lehetne egyet kialakítani.
