Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal der Rezeption ist freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ok.

Cons:

Dass der Fernseher in unseren Zimmer gar nicht ging, haben aber was gesagt. Es war nicht so sauber im Zimmer. Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, auf dem Bett und im bett.

Matratzen, Frühstück, Balkon - Aussicht

Cons:

- Das was für 2 Personen da sein sollte, war nur für 1 Person vorhanden
- Fön defekt
- Telefon im Nassbereich(Bad) und das nicht benutzbar, Deckel fiel ab- Elektronik im Freien
- keine Steckdosen im Badä
- Stöpsel entweder nicht vorhanden oder undicht
- Alle Armaturen und Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen
- Öftere Nachtruhestörungen bis manchmal 4 Uhr/5 Uhr am Morgen durch extrem laute, betrunkene Männergruppen ... es wurde von mehreren Gästen dies bemängelt und bei Rezeption gemeldet, es wurde vom Hotel aus nichts unternommen... das Hotel zählte nicht als 'Ballermannhotel" und ist auch ausserhalb von Split gelegen, sondern als Adult/Familienhotel
- Personal vorallem Service unfreundlich, man fühlte sich nicht willkommen

Pros:

Hotel położony przy plaży co jest bardzo dużym plusem. Pokoje jak na hotel duże - codziennie sprzątane, łóżka wygodne. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, a owoce świeże. Klimatyzacja sprawna ale bez szału musiała być ciągle włączona. Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany a cena 500 zł/noc za 3 osoby ze śniadaniem z takim widokiem jest akceptowalna.

Cons:

Hotel ma te 4 gwiazdki ale jest to nie odczuwalne - podczas burzy kapała woda z dachu do basenu który jest na 4 piętrze, rozbita szyba w oknie przez którą leciała woda na dolne piętra. W pokoju była lodowka lecz po podłączeniu okazało sie że jest nie sprawna. Jest parking lecz bardzo ciasny i z niewielka ilością miejsc.

Für zukünftige Urlauber....das muss ausgesprochen werden....so ein Hotel habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gehabt...einfach eine Katastrophe......
Hatten sehr viele Mängel im Zimmer...
Personal und Hotelführung keine Einsicht gezeigt und es wurde nach keine Lösung gesucht.....
.Die Zimmer hatten starken Geruch von Feuchtigkeit gehabt...
.Terrasse war vorhanden aber wir könnten es garnicht benutzen da der Glassichtschutz nach dem letzten Sturm nicht mehr vorhanden war außerdem war die Terrasse nicht aufgeräumt und voller Unkraut ☹️☹️☹️☹️....
.Im Zimmer war ein Stuhl der auch defekt war....
.Die Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert......
.Am Bettkopf waren nasse Flecken.....
Sauberkeit wurde nicht so genau genommen....

Super kvalita, čistota, vstřícnost a krásné místo.

Wonderful vacation in Split at a superb beachfront property.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was great to enjoy the amazing view, the daily breakfast was good, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner there twice as well, great food.
