Wonderful vacation in Split at a superb beachfront property.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was great to enjoy the amazing view, the daily breakfast was good, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We ate dinner there twice as well, great food.

The beach is nice
My birthday dinner at the other hotel, ca. 10min walking distance away. Been there last year; I regret not booking there. Indeed, the receptionist came down to the beach to us with a keycard, letting us know the room is ready.

Cons:

The staff is very rude. So far, the worst experience. We arrived around 11 o'clock because of the flight, and then I asked if we could enjoy the beach while waiting for check-in. She said, "You do whatever you want; it's a public beach, you know". They never gave a damn about my birthday either. Breakfast was awful. I polished the glasses and cutlery I used because it's dirty and oily. The scrambled egg was made with butter; the only bread option was a toast bread, still in the bag as you find it in the store; the small croissant was dry. Waiters are rude and talking loudly to each other. When the coffee machine did not work, he just closed it, saying nothing. I was like, "Okay then, I guess no more coffee" - at 9.40 am - the water had to be refilled only. We never ate in that restaurant because of a bad atmosphere. On the day before my birthday, while enjoying the beach, a waiter came to me and literally shouted at me because I bought drinks from the restaurant nearby. I looked him in the eyes, saying nothing, and walked off. I never argue with someone who does not have basic communication skills. I went to my boyfriend and asked if he could talk to someone about this. They can not provide the service I need with either attitude or the drink I like. So he went, and the waiter got involved in it and apologized. After the beach, as we walked back to the hotel, both receptionists stood outside, and I told them how uncomfortable I felt. All I got was a long, unnecessary explanation about how they work and who is better or not with service. I told them they're all useless. I have my birthday tomorrow, and nobody cares. I was told not to walk around in a bikini (to the only toilet I could use, and I should have read the small sign about it on the door. I was like, "And your job is basically to speak to guests and give out information while check-in. For my bday dinner we reserved a table at the other hotel.

Bin sehr enttäuscht, werde es sicher nie empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Gratis Liegen am Strand. Zuvorkommende Servicepersonal im Restoran.

Cons:

Ziemlich alt, braucht dringend Renovierung. Frühstück langweilig, keine grosse Auswahl, jeden Tag das Gleiche. Angebot im Restoran und die Portionen klein, nur die Preis gross. Sauberkeit lässt zum wünschen übrig, vor Allem im Bad.

Piękna plaża, mało zatłoczona,blisko restauracja i atrakcje wodne. Obsługa miła ale przy problemach mało pomocna.

Cons:

Standard pokoju bardzo słaby. Zatkany prysznic, odpadła rączka od drzwi prysznicowych, klamka drzwi balkonowych popsuta,pokój wymaga remontu, wilgoć na ścianie, niedziałające tv (czas Mundialu,a dzieci chciały oglądać mecze wieczorami), inne mniejsze lub większe niedogodności. Śniadania średnie.
Po uprzejmym przekazaniu swoich uwag do obsługi hotelu prosili o wysłanie maila bo na recepcji nie są w stanie pomóc. Pomimo wysłania maila i zdjęć brak reakcji ze strony obsługi.

Pros:

Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Verzorgde grote hotelkamer met frigo en een hele grote tv.
En Jovana van de receptie is the best.

Cons:

Muziek op het strand mocht wat stiller. De hotelgasten waren geen jongeren maar de muziekkeuze was wel gericht naar een jonger publiek. In het hotel zelf speelde andere (lounge muziek) die rustiger en aangenamer was. Maar om daar nu een punt van te maken? Neen dat ook weer niet.

Lokacija i blizina plaže.

Cons:

Tjeranje gostiju sa ležaljki u 19h jer konobar mora skloniti iste, nema opcije da sam doneseš na mjesto. Naplaćivanje suncobrana. Balkon je baš bio prljav, WC se mogao bolje očistiti. Hotel generalno je malo dotrajao. Klima i sobi nije klima nego ventilacija koja jedva radi, treba joj po pola dana da spusti temperaturu 1°C.

ÅK INTE DIT, välj ett annat hotell!
Pros:

Frukosten var bra men på ett 4 stjärningt hotell borde den vara bätter. Läget vid stranden och utsikten från balkongen var fantastisk. Tillgång till solstolar var bra men avgift 15 Euro för parasoll.

Cons:

Att ta 15 Euro för parasoll på stranden är stöld. Dom spelade musik från 06.50 till midnatt, eftermiddag/kväll bara dunka dunka musik. Personalen var väldigt trista med en konstig attityd mot gästerna. Vi hade ett blinkande lysrör på toaletten det kunde dom inte åtgärda på 6 dagar. ÅK INTE DIT!!! Finns så mycket fint i Kroatien.

It was our 2nd time here and we love it. Might be back next year.
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel San Antonio was overall positive. The breakfast was better than expected, and the staff were really great throughout our visit. We especially liked that the hotel is directly on the beach, with a long seaside walkway that makes the location feel relaxing and convenient.
