Pros:

A paisagem observada a partir dos quartos e dos espaços comuns (restaurante, etc) é fabulosa.

Cons:

Ficámos no último piso, quarto 421, e a minha mulher não conseguiu dormir devido a ruídos derivados, pensamos nós, dos equipamentos instalados no tecto do edifício.
