Os funcionários foram extremamente amáveis e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Conseguimos fazer late checkout sem qualquer custo adicional, o que foi um diferencial importante. A comida estava muito boa, as instalações são confortáveis e a vista do hotel é simplesmente linda, um ambiente realmente agradável.

Cons:

No entanto, fiz a reserva especialmente pela sauna e pela hidromassagem, e a piscina exterior também era um fator decisivo. Sempre leio atentamente todas as especificações antes de reservar e, em nenhum momento, havia aviso de que essas áreas estariam em reforma e indisponíveis.

Foi frustrante, pois depois de horas de viagem, tudo o que eu queria era poder relaxar na sauna, justamente o principal motivo da escolha do hotel.

No geral, a experiência foi boa, mas acredito que a comunicação sobre indisponibilidades deve ser mais transparente para evitar esse tipo de decepção.

A vista é lindíssima, as instalações são de altíssima qualidade. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. a suite é soberba, enorme, e muito bonita. Bom espaço de estacionamento gratuito, mesmo à porta do hotel. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos.
