Am avut o experiență excelentă la Hotel Castellino și recomand cu drag acest hotel. Camera a fost curată, locația este perfectă pentru a vizita principalele atracții din Roma, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil.
Un mulțumesc special doamnei Daniela de la recepție, care este din România. A fost extraordinar de amabilă, ne-a oferit informații utile despre oraș, transport și obiective turistice și ne-a făcut șederea mult mai ușoară și plăcută.
De asemenea, am avut parte de o surpriză foarte frumoasă: fiind ziua mea de naștere, am găsit în cameră o sticlă de prosecco și o felicitare din partea hotelului. A fost un gest elegant și foarte apreciat, care m-a făcut să mă simt cu adevărat binevenit.
Vă mulțumesc pentru ospitalitate și pentru atenția acordată fiecărui detaliu. Cu siguranță voi reveni și voi recomanda Hotel Castellino tuturor celor care vizitează Roma!

На завтрак готувалось багато блюд, тому можно було вибрати для себе що хочеться саме сьогодні). Прибирання у номері було кожен день, все було чисто. Але вікна номера виходили на внутрішню вентіляцію, зато було тихо при віктритих вікнах.
