Categories

Cleanliness
8
Most reviews mention clean rooms and neat presentation; a few guests reported noticeable dust in a room.
Service
8.6
Staff are described as helpful and friendly in multiple reviews (morning and evening shifts praised), though a minority report unfriendly or unhelpful behavior at check-in on occasion.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised as very central and within walking distance of the historic city center and station; Parkhaus/parking nearby frequently noted.
Room Quality
7.6
Beds are comfortable and rooms are generally tidy, but several guests note rooms (and bathrooms) are small or cramped—problematic for families or when extra beds are added.
Amenities
7.8
Underground parking and a pleasant lounge are available and 24-hour check-in is noted; however parking spaces are limited, some rooms lacked a refrigerator, and buffet layout can feel tight.
Value for Money
9.4
Multiple comments highlight very good price-to-quality ratio ('Super Preis Leistung', 'excellent value for money'), making the hotel attractive for weekend breaks or stopovers.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good/top with plenty of choices and tasty options; cappuccino from the machine is acceptable. A few mention the buffet area is a bit cramped.
Overall Experience
8
Overall stays are positive—smooth check-in/out, central location, good breakfast and value—though occasional negatives (parking failure, isolated unfriendly staff incidents, small rooms) lower the experience for some guests.

Doskonała lokalizacja i bardzo miły personel
Pros:

Trochę to uwłaczające. No i wentylator w łazience cały czas pracował i nie szło go wyłączyć.
