Outstanding Customer Service, Incredible Value and Prime Location.
Pros:

We had communicated our flight delay in advance, and the staff held our room without penalty. Check-in was fast and seamless. A special thank you to Robyn at the front desk, whose vibrant energy, patience, and customer-first attitude made a huge difference. She listened to our situation and worked with her manager to readjust our rate - a level of care we’ve never experienced anywhere else.

The hotel offers an superb cost-to-performance ratio. For peak summer season in the Sequim area, the rate was extremely reasonable for a super clean room and complimentary continental breakfast.

The hotel sits just about 1 hour from northern Olympic National Park highlights like Hurricane Ridge, and about 2.5 hours from western spots like the Hoh Rain Forest. Plus, it's right near a Costco for convenient gas and plenty of local restaurants along W Washington St.

It was just so-so

A Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We have family in the area and wanted a nice comfortable hotel for our stay. Quality Inn fit our needs perfectly. The room was very comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

Good Place to Stay In Sequim.
Pros:

Spacious, clean room and above average breakfast. Although close to highway 101, if you opened your window at night, the noise did not keep me from sleeping. I did get up early to close the window though. Even though I was on the 3rd floor, they allowed dogs on my floor but I only heard them bark once.

Outstanding Stay
Pros:

Outstanding Stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the management went above and beyond to make my mom and I feel welcome. The kitchen was clean and organized. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. Five starts all the way.

Sunshine stay and sofa bed can go
Pros:

Friendly staff, even towards my wild puppy. Breakfast was good, the massage chair was perfect

Cons:

The sofa bed. They hurt your back. Hot tub needs to be turned down a notch and pool was a little chilly.

A Fine Discovery
Pros:

I usually stay at a competitor's place just up the road, but they wanted $100/night more than this "Choice" property. This hotel merits applause, especially with the help of Kansas in the administration, who resolved a problem quickly and pleasantly. The in-room coffee is bad, the chair is too low for the desk, and they still offer bar soap. But everything else works. Even in the tiny gym, you can get a full workout.

Great for an overnight - would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The location is great - right off the main drag & lots of restaurants nearby (try out the Big Bear - you won’t regret it!). It was clean, there was onsite laundry, & the receptionist was extra helpful!

Cons:

It was a bit pricey, but I guess it was just the going rate in the area.
