Came here for work and I love it. Affordable price with great staff. Safe area for my girlfriend and I. Hot items with sausages and eggs. I would always recommend this place to stay if you are looking for something in Tracy.
Stopped here when I was traveling to the Bay Area and it was great. Affordable with great staff and hot breakfast which inluded eggs, sausages, and bacon. Rooms clean
A mixed bag. Friendly staff, room was spotless and recently renovated, beds were excellent. We were surprised that the hot tub was full of leaves, and only 2 jets were working. Breakfast was average- no fruit, even bananas. The toiletries were very nice.
Room Quality Issues: Our stay began with significant sanitary concerns, including pest sightings (bugs) and a foul odor coming from the sink. While a staff member named Alex was initially helpful, the room conditions were uninhabitable.
Unprofessional Staff Conduct: After a night of excessive noise from the floor above and already asking if we could be moved , we attempted to resolve the issue ourselves with the neighbors (who were polite). However, a staff member named Grisella became incredibly hostile and unprofessional when she found out.
Hostile Environment: When we asked for a manager to mediate her aggressive behavior, she claimed no manager was available to talk or even take a phone call. She then abandoned her post, retreated to a back office, and slammed the door on us, refusing further communication.
Police Intervention Required: Because the staff refused to process a checkout or a refund for the poor conditions, we had to call the police just to facilitate a resolution so we could safely leave the premises.
Stayed here with my family staff is very friendly and rooms are clean. They have a variety of options for their breakfast

Downside: terrible Guest manners. very loud, partying, until 4 AM in the morning with kids running around and shutting doors, Loud conversation conversations and music blasting.

I would have like to know before booking that the gym was out of order. I don’t understand how the gym in its entirety would be closed.

Room was very clean and was easy to find amenities. Bed and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep.
Love that they have DOVE body products in room for easy hygiene use.
Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and inviting.

Good value, friendly staff
The breakfast was fine. The room was good, beds comfortable, amenities were good as well. The staff was all very polite & helpful. The only complaints I can lodge was there was hair in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. The shower curtain was cut to fit, old and tattered so it made it look shabby. Which was a shame since the rest of the room was well done. The lobby looked a little run down and had a mildewy smell when you walked in, not giving it a great first impression.
