Convenient stay and spacious rooms
Pros:

It has breakfast included, which is quite surprising to be Canada, Room is clean and they can come clean it on request - unfortunately the first time I asked it did not come through but the staff was very nice and the second time it worked.

Cons:

Good location, very convenient to have UQAM-Berri station very close by as well as the airport bus stop, but I would not feel to safe to walk around the area at night alone.

Cons:

We had to wait til 5 pm to check in the room wasn’t ready and the mattress was so saggy we barely slept. We left before the breakfast figured it not going to be very good.

Reaching the location with all the construction areas were ready difficult, but from the hotel himself you could reach everything by feet.

Bon emplacement et belles chambres.
Pros:

Bon emplacement, chambres de bonne grandeur, confortables, pratiques et propres.

Cons:

L’emplacement est très pratique (à deux pas du métro Berri-UQAM), mais moins fan du secteur. On n'est donc pas resté dans le même quartier lors de notre séjour, la proximité de la station a donc été un très grand atout.

Abbastanza buono ma...
Pros:

Comodita' della camera e dei letti, colazione adeguata, la possibilita' di usufruire del parcheggio (a pagamento) posizione strategica vicino alla metro. Gentilezza del personale della sala colazioni.

Cons:

Staff del front office: la ragazza ci ha accolto con fare molto scocciato, ne un buongiorno ne un buonasera. Il check in e' avvenuto molto in ritardo perche la camera non era pronta e in tutta risposta, invece che scusarsi per l'inconveniente (cosa che puo' accadere) continuava a rispondere seccatissima che dovevamo aspettare perche' la nostra camera era la piu' grande e ci voleva piu' tempo. Un attwggiamento inaccettabile. Il quartiere non e' proprio raccomandabile di notte per la presenza di clochard e di individui che fanno uso di sostanze comodamente distesi sui marciapiedi.

Excellent emplacement.
Pros:

Bon emplacement proche de tout, lits confortables. Grande chambre bien équipée. Petit déjeuner continental ok.

Cons:

Mauvais rideaux, climatisation extrêmement bruyante et désuète. Stationnement payant.
