Good base for Montreal
Pros:

Large, comfortable room with modern facilities including some kitchen facilities. The hotel had a very good breakfast. It is located close to a wide range of restaurants. It is also close to the bus station. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Bien pour une étape mais si vous voulez la tranquillité il faudra allez ailleurs car elle n’est pas garantie.

La grande salle de bain
Les grands lits

Cons:

Le manque d’insonorisation et dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et sur les extérieurs.
L’accès au parking exigu et la politique premier arrivé premier garé n’est pas apaisant car prix du parking aux abords de l’hôtel excessivement cher …. Un conseil… Arrivez tôt surtout !

Hard to compare to other places as this was a first time stay in Montreal. Walkable and sufficient.
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing really just was a bit tired . No tea facilities . We’re not able to even supply gluten free bread which made breakfast a no go for me. Disappointing.

Very outdated hotel with unpleasant smells - but it was located close to the downtown and the old town
Pros:

The staff were helpful - one of the rooms we booked must have been freshly painted as it had a strong paint smell and the staff quickly changed the room. They also ensured we could check in earlier. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but was fine.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely outdated and upon entering the hotel I was really disappointed and regretted booking it. The furniture is not nice, the ceiling has holes in it with a sprinkler system for fires hanging out of the hole. The air conditioner was extremely old and noisy and made the room smell super musty.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Montréal.
Pros:

La superficie de la pièce, nous avions largement assez de place pour 4 adultes.
Très bon emplacement pour visiter Montreal.
Petite place à proximité avec tout les soirs une autre activité.

Cons:

Malgré que le petit déjeuner soit plus que satisfaisant, il aurait été bien de varier les propositions.
Après 3 petit-déjeuner sur place avec les mêmes propositions ça peut devenir laçant.
