Pros:

Siamo arrivati di notte, abbiamo trovato il sig. Antonio alla reception, molto gentile, chiaro e professionale. La camera era molto spaziosa e la mattina dopo abbiamo usufruito della jacuzzi sul rooftop. Soggiorno davvero piacevole da tutti i punti di vista.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, nahe am Zentrum, mit Parkplatz
Pros:

Das Hotel ist neu, unsere Suite ließ keinen Wunsch offen. 10 Min zu Fuß oder eine Haltestelle mit der Metro bis zum Zentrum. Auch schnell am Po und im Parco San Valentino. An der Reception sehr hilfsbereit.

Pros:

La cortesia e la professionalità del personale alla reception e nella sala colazioni. Stanza bellissima, grande, con il bagno pulitissimo. Materasso e cuscini comodi...tutto il corredo è bianco immacolato e l'arredamento della stanza è sobrio e di buon gusto. Colazione abbondante, ricca di tutto il possibile e anche di più!

Torino had everything I had expected and more and the hotel met my expectations.
Pros:

I enjoyed the amazing support of the Breakfast and Bistro team Max, Danielle and Raquel. The Breakfast was buffet was excellent. The reception team were supportive.
Due to an oversite I was not told there was a roof garden a bar and jacuzzi on checking in found out a week into my stay,

Cons:

Not much with weather in 34-36 degrees we had a few hours in 2 days where the grid was down for short period. Maybe a future consideration of a generator for the hotel.
