Everything was wonderful! Location and facilities top-notch, especially the swimming pools, amazing staff and the room very spacious. Definitely we coming back in the future!

The staff was really friendly, always willing to help. Thanks to "Preferred club" option, we felt very comfortably: great ocean view from rooms at 9th floor (J), nice terrase for breakfast, afternoon lounge, free drinks at pool area...very much recommended. The apartman 907 is spacy with two terraces. The food was very diverese, quite good.
The hotel is rather old, what documented cracked tiles in bathroom, rather scuffed furniture etc. The issue we faced after arrival was a strange smell in the room (909), the other (minor) issue was some noise due to air conditioning exhaust located above the terrase of the room 907. For going to a nice beech, you have to take taxi. Do not take UBER, they charge 5 time more than local service.

Petit déjeuner buffet excellent
Il y a beaucoup de monde en août, mais l'hôtel est très bien fait au niveau de ces espaces communs pour qu'on trouve facilement une table agréable pour le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.
Les restaurants de l'hôtel sont bons. Très belle terrasse du bar avec vue - comme la salle de fitness - sur l'océan. Très agréable pour un verre au coucher de soleil.
La piscine est jolie, mais un peu petite pour la taille de l'hôtel et surtout les transats sont vite tous pris si on n'est pas déjà autour de la piscine avant 10h.
Dommage que la terrasse avec les lits sont réservés aux membres club. L'espace est immense donc il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas accessible à tout l'hôtel.

Centrale, rustige ligging tussen Playa Bobo en Puerto Colón.
Zéér hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel. We waren bijzonder gecharmeerd door de vriendelijke en humoristische service van Alain en Joao in het restaurant.
De heerlijke verse pannenkoeken waren een excellente start van de dag (bijzondere dank aan de lieve dame die de pannenkoeken bakte en mij wees op de 'palma de Gomera'-saus!).
Leuk groot zwembad (helft oppervlakte had diepte van +-2,4m).
