Lots of choice at breakfast
The only thing that spoilt our stay was the first meal in the restaurant, the service was terrible, which I put down to a coach party and not enough staff working.

Took £50:00 from my account to cover any additionals.
On check out informed amount would be returned to my account “in tbe next three or four days”. This is not acceptable practice.
Facilities and room very good. Little bit frustrated 😣 gym did not open until 8am I like an early workout but the gym was excellent so was the pool.
Invited the family for a meal in the last night. Food was terrible had two young children moms food came out half an hour before the children’s yes half an hour. The mussels for main we ordered were cold sent back twice no chips or garlic bread until we asked was just awful which was a real shame. We were refunded for the mussels.

Relax environment. Polite staff. Breakfast very good. Bed super comfy and clean room. Free WiFi and Free Parking. Pool facilities / Jacuzzi / sauna lovely included.
Dinner service almost 1h for 2 main courses ( no starters ). 2 people. 20:30pm Sunday night. Other tables complain too regarding time . One lady complained so much that the Manager gives them free meal. We Seated near the breakfast buffet ( set up for next day ) on a darker side ( lights off I guess to save electricity?). Food was good but waiting 50min ruined the experience. A bit over price. Example : £12 for a “mini” cheese cake ( delicious yes ) even for a 4* hotel. Coffee next day from automatic coffee machine during breakfast was horrible. Food from breakfast was very enjoyable.
