Me encantó! Hace mucho que no teníamos una estadía en este tipo de hoteles con casi todo incluido, realmente es muy cómo
Pros:

La calidez del personal en la atención, estaban en el detalle generando que pases una buena estadía. Sobre todo en la Cena, nos encontramos con el chef Ander y su staff, no solo se nota la calidad de los productos que seleccionan, sino también lo que iban creando noche a noche para sorprender a los huéspedes! Un equipo sensacional!!

Cons:

Las prohibiciones. Indicaban “no ocupar sillas con toallas o bolsos” todos los días veíamos como los huéspedes antes de ir a desayunar realizaban exactamente eso, sin importarles qué estaba personal del establecimiento realizando el mantenimiento de la pileta; ellos no decían nada tampoco.
Ingresar al establecimiento con traje de baño, todos los hombres lo hacían, y la mujer no podía.
Deberían sacar las prohibiciones, si total nadie las cumple

Pros:

The staff was super helpful. Everything was organised we had two rooms and checked in early. The staff made sure one room was ready so we could get changed and use the pool. Also with checking out there was a room for the suitcases so we could use the pool until it was time to leave for the airport. Amazing! No questions asked, no extra payment, easy use, nice washroom to get changed.

Location was beautiful! You could walk to the beach within 1 minute.

Cons:

No enough sunbeds and lots of sunbeds reserved without people for hours.

Parking in the area was very difficult. Possible at the hotel but €20 per 24 hours.

Gostei muito da comida, da simpatia de todos os funcionários e do bom ambiente no hotel. Pessoas educadas

Cons:

As espreguiçadeiras têm sempre toalhas a reservá-las desde cedo. Não acho isso correto.

Pros:

El sitio es espectacular. Todo cuidado al detalle; limpio, cómodo, y la relación calidad precio está genial. Los trabajadores son encantadores además de muy atentos. Sin duda para repetir.

A brilliant place to stay with kids, we had a great time!

Location, variety of things to do for the kids, friendly staff, best to the beach and amenities/ other restaurants & things to do.

Cons:

Buffet was quite busy so atmosphere felt quite canteen and dinner wasn’t as good as breakfast in terms of options, would have preferred more fresh food and for the food to be hotter.
