Ottima posizione & staff, ma il cibo è da rivedere….
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Es Canar, e ad una breve (e suggestiva) camminata dalla spiaggia di Cala Nova. Molto vicino anche a diversi supermercati, e a circa 20 minuti di taxi da diversi altri punti di interesse. Lo staff è tutto estremamente gentile, i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato (condensa dal soffitto per guasto all’aria condizionata e scarico del wc non funzionante) sono stati risolti tempestivamente, cosa che ho apprezzato davvero molto, soprattutto vista la quantità di ospiti presenti nelle hotel in questa settimana. Nel complesso è una struttura congeniale per famiglie con bambini.

Cons:

Non ci è assolutamente piaciuto il cibo, non tanto per la varietà quanto per la qualità del prodotti: sembrava tutto provenire da preparati. Abbiamo fatto un po fatica a mangiare sano. Anche le bevande erano di bassa qualità.
La pulizia per quanto solerte era abbastanza approssimativa, il pavimento era sempre piuttosto sporco, nonostante pulissero tutti i giorni, non credo abbiano mai passato l’aspirapolvere.

Pros:

lots of damaged parts, kids area was smelly, food was average at best we all got bad stomachs. Parking is expensive and not great location. Lifts were always playing up. It's gone down hill since we last went but the staff are still very good

Il mio volo è stato cancellato e io ho contattato la struttura sul numero di whatsapp che loro mi avevano contattato per il check in…. Non ho mai ricevuto nessuna riposta da parte loro e mi sono presentato il giorno dopo….. loro avevano già vendute le mie due camere scelte e che avevo pagato, perché secondo loro io non mi ero presentato il giorno prima per il check in…
Mi hanno dato delle camere last minute, piene di scarafaggi e senza lenzuola, sporche, perché non pensavano di darle.
Per tutta la settimana la pulizia era scarsa, le camere erano piene di ragnatele, ed il pavimento sporchissimo.
L’unica cosa buona di questo hotel era la colazione che c’era tanta scelta.
Per il resto pessimo è dire poco.

Változatos és kiváló ételek, tiszta hotel és rendkívül kedves személyzet.
Pros:

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk a szállással. Az ételek rendkívül finomak és változatosak voltak, minden nap nagy volt a választék. A szobák és a hotel egész területe tiszta, igényes volt. A személyzet pedig kivételesen kedves, mosolygós és segítőkész.

Cons:

Az egyetlen hátrány a parkolás volt. A parkoló messze található és elég drága, így esténként szinte mindig vadászni kellett a szabad ingyen helyeket.
