Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Charles Northeast

I was charged twice for my room and when I communicated it to them they said first transaction was canceled but the money did get taken from my account and they said it wasn't and it would go back to normal in a couple days and that didn't happen I had to contact my bank with this situation

I wish the the blankets on the bed were thicker

i came back and found the staff digging in my personal belongings and didn’t even clean the room it was some young workers

It wasn't the cleanest and felt a bit dodgy. You could hear everything going on outside.

The floor in room 220 is uneven so I had the to be careful because of my disability

Ontbijt was heel beperkt, kleine kamer.

Was kinda sketchy/ghetto. Couldn’t even check in bc no one was at the front desk. Had to call and ask someone to come. Parking lot was full of men walking around at night. Which was kinda creepy.

arrived to find we were given a smoking room when it said clearly on booking com the one I requested was no smoking , had cigarette marks all over the side of bath . The room was very unclean and smelled of cigarettes.

Was charged $40 incase off incidents and would be refund after departure
Could not find ice, surrounded by sketchy location

They had roaches the bed kept moving from the wall

The staff was not accommodating. It’s outdated and the only thing the offered for the complimentary breakfast was Raisin Bran cereal, but I didn’t see milk, one slice of toast was in the container, waffle mix, oatmeal packets, and coffee. There was something in a pitcher that may have been apple juice. My bed squeaked from the springs or whatever was under the mattress.
