Klimaanlage war aus technischen Gründen nicht Ende September nicht mehr an. Am sich ist es eine gute, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Strand, Bus (auch Bus zum Flughafen und nach Palma) und alle Geschäfte bestens zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ anumerken ist nur, dass das Hotel SEHR HELLHÖRIG ist!

We ended up switching hotels immediately after check-in. The service was disappointing from the start—rather than a warm welcome, we were asked if we “didn’t have a phone” because they wanted us to scan a QR code to check in. The staff member then left us standing there, only to return with a single key for two guests and no information about basics like breakfast times or Wi-Fi.

The room itself was spacious and the AC worked well once adjusted to a higher fan setting, but that’s about where the positives ended. The door had to be locked from the inside with the key, which felt outdated and unsafe. The balcony doors didn’t close fully at the top, and while the room was clean, it was very run down—chipped paint on furniture and an overall worn feel.

Another major issue is the location. The hotel is about 50 minutes from Palma, where most excursions begin, and a taxi from the airport costs ~€90. The pictures online present a far more glamorous image than the reality—it felt like catfishing.

The surrounding area is walkable with shops and restaurants, but ultimately the poor service, tired condition of the hotel, and inconvenient location were deal breakers for us.

Room for improvement regarding the Hotel Rooms

Zimmer: Altmodisch, hellhörig(man fühlt sich als ob der Nachbar mit dir redet), Save konnte man nicht zusperren, 2 schränke waren kaputt, Ameisen im Zimmer, schimmel an wänden
Badezimmer war in Ordnung.

Rezeption: extrem hektisch.

Pool: Liegen wurden früh morgens schon besetzt mit Handtüchern & erst ab 10:00 Uhr benutzt.

Umgebung: Sehr gut, alles super erreichbar und nicht weit weg vom Strand sowie mehrere bars,restaurants usw..

Wir kommen aufjefenfall nicht wieder und ich rate anderen auch davon ab,auch wenn der Preis verlockend ist.

Wi-Fi was poor and could be improved.

Cleaning standards were average; could definitely be better.

Slightly overpriced, but unfortunately this seems to be the norm these days — just an observation.

The mattress wasn’t very firm, but that’s a personal preference.

Overall, it’s okay for a short, basic stay.

A big plus: they allow late check-in until at least 2:00 AM.

Convenient location if you're visiting Alcudia (by car) and the beach.

A major downside: no fridge, which is a serious drawback for a place like Mallorca.

Good and comfortable apartment. It is literally 2 min walk away from the beach and quite a lot of restaurants around. Supermarket Aldi is really close (5 min walk) and so is the main bus stand from where buses go to Alcudia, Sa Pobla, Airport and so on. The pool area is clean and well maintained. Only improvement area is they should provide some cleaning aid for utensils in kitchen. TV was not functioning throughout my stay. Overall comfortable stay

Despite flight delays, being the last to be drop off for our airport transfer and met with orange warning for storms during our visit to majorca. Our experience with the hotel had been very positive, the staff was caring and they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay with them. The location of the hotel is ideal as it's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, public transport and also convenient shops. The hotel room was nice and clean with a balcony. All in all, it was a great experience with them. We highly recommend them and would return again if we were to visit C'an Picafort again.

Låg i början av en restaurang- och bargata och det fanns många butiker. Några hundra meters promenad till havet. Låg ett stort gratis P-hus i närheten så det var enkelt att parkera. Ganska mycket ljud från stora gatan utanför. Rummet var stort, likaså badrummet. Balkong. Det finns och en mindre pool. Badade dock enbart i havet där det finns stranddusch. Området är tillrättalagt för turism.

Photos descriptives mensongères. Responsable pas très à l’écoute contrairement à Mélissa l’employée qui fait tout pour satisfaire le client. Piscine petite et pas assez de transats. Chambre vieillotte, côté cuisine vétuste, peu de vaisselle. 0 fourchette!

Hotell på perfekt läge i mysiga Can Picafort. Lägenheterna är rätt nergångna och dåligt utrustat kök. Dålig städning.

Personalen som arbetade på hotellet var mycket vänliga och tillmötesgående. Hotellet var slitet, städningen var riktigt dålig då golven knappt sopades, spegeln på toalett och på rummet torkades inte av en enda gång under veckan. Smutsiga sängkläder byttes inte ut. Vi fick själva efterfråga toalettpapper även vid städdagar. Smutsiga handdukar togs om hand men inga rena lämnades ut utan fick efterfrågas i receptionen, vid upprepade tillfällen.
Summan av resan, gärna Can Picafort men detta hotell behöver lyfta sin basservice för att få nöjda besökare.

The staff were welcoming, polite, kind and helpful. The room is huge, the beds were good. The bathroom is clean and they give us clean towels every 2 days. It would have been great if there’s coffe cups and electric kettle in our double room. The amenities were good. It’s just a few walk away from the beach, resto, supermarket and bus stop. There’s bus A32 to and from the airport. Good location, great value for your money.

Man får vad man betalar för. Kunde varit renare på golv och väggar. Rent i sängar och i övrigt. Trevlig personal!
