Très bon séjour, bel hôtel
Pros:

Personnel très chaleureux, directrice présente chaque jour parmi les clients pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Nous étions à la chambre 303’ superbe vue du balcon, plats divers et copieux, piscine intérieure très pratique. Je vous recommande les cafés glacés du bar.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les rues de l’HotEl, surtout les éboueurs qui font un bruit tôt le matin.

Unser Aufenthalt in Serrano Palace war fantastisch!
Pros:

Das Hotel wird seinen fünf Sternen zu 100% gerecht. Zimmer & Balkon waren sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer riesig, ein Traum! Am Pool wird man verwöhnt und es gibt sogar einen Indoor-Pool. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen (es ist fast unmöglich, nicht zu viel zu essen) und das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Super Lage, die Zimmer sind top, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Vieles kostet zusätzlich Geld, Pool auf dem Dach 20 EUR, Parkplatz 12 EUR /Tag, Minnibar ist sehr teuer.
Die "Kurtaxe " wird am Ende zusätzlich kassiert als Überraschung.

Zou geen 2e keer meer boeken in zelfde hotel.
Pros:

Het ontbijt en avondeten was ok. Er was genoeg keuze aan het buffet. Soms een beetje rommelig maar lekker gegeten.
Mooie bar (volledig vernieuwd) maar helaas te weinig kunnen gebruiken vanwege late openingstijden.

Cons:

De accomodatie is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. Straalt helemaal niet af op 5* hotel.
Aan het ontbijt werd er nog steeds koffie geschonken uit oude koffiekannen. De suiker op tafel was aangekoekt.
Voor deze prijs verlang je topkwaliteit.
We konden - voor de betaalde prijs - geen gebruik maken van de rooftop. Hiervoor moesten we nog eens extra 20€ per persoon (excl drank) per dag voor betalen. Stond nergens op voorhand vermeld.
De parking voor het gebouw was een openbare parking. Indien deze vol stond was het behelpen in de regio. Niets op tegen maar voor een 5* hotel had men hier een alternatief kunnen aanbieden.
Bij te vroeg in checken moesten we onze bagage in de lobby laten staan (iedereen kan hier binnen en buiten). In andere hotels heeft men hier een aparte ruimte voor.
Kamers, gangen, tapijten, vloeren zijn dringend aan vernieuwing toe.

Bon séjour d'une façon générale
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse et très bien équipée, la piscine, le bar, l'accueil à l'entrée de l'hôtel, les deux chefs cuistos : Pablo et Vicente, les petits déjeuners copieux et variés.

Cons:

Le vin rouge de qualité servi chaud avec brutalité n'est pas digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles ! En tant que français nous avons, mon épouse et moi-même été sidérés !
