L'esperienza del soggiorno in Grande Albergo Maugeri è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è curata, pulita e accogliente.
Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso e a fornire ottimi consigli. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante.
Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un servizio eccellente.

Tutto eccellente iniziando dalla posizione centrale dell'albergo, l'accoglienza alla reception di grandissima cortesia, camera eccellente molto grande, pulita e curata in ogni particolare, la colazione ottima. E' la seconda volta che pernotto in questo albergo, struttura collocata nel centro della città di Acireale, punto di partenza per la visita dei meravigliosi siti turistici siciliani. L'albergo ha pienamente soddisfatto le mia aspettative per posizione, struttura e servizi. Ottimo il personale. Ho anche avuto l'occasione di cenare in albergo e segnalo la qualità delle pietanze e la professionalità del personale addetto. In una parola, complimenti al Grande Albergo Maugeri!

La sera fino a mezzanotte inoltrata è stato segnalato al ragazzo della reception un gruppo di ospiti che davano pugni nei muri e grida nel corridoio e porte sbattute e chiuse e non è riuscito a far ritornare la calma o forse non è neanche intervenuto
