The central location and room was huge
Staff could have been more informative with regards to eating in McNabs Bar if you are on a room only rate.
Our room looked onto the main road so could be noisey with traffic at night

Given wrong room when first booked in and toilet was dirty. Very friendly staff changed room which was better. Misinformed timing for breakfast therefore missed it.

Amazing staff
The staff of caledonian thistle are very friendly and most helpful sharon on reception was really friendly on my check in and even reserved a table in the bar so I could eat with my two dogs hotel is in a great location and has some good places to eat and fabulous walks close by

Very old door so very noisy u could hear everything outside the door people walking past etc. Could see all the gaps into the hallway when it was dark..
The location was great. Very handy to everything.
The room was right near the main thoroughfare which meant every time people went through the fire door, it slammed. The shower wasn't connected and it was only a bath.
We loved Sharon! She was a star from when we booked the room only two days before. Also the night staff as well, what lovely kind staff members you have here!
We had to leave so early that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the stay, we will be back!
