Highly recommend this lovely hotel
Pros:

The location by the lake, away from the city centre but within walking distance, was perfect for me. The room was fabulous, with nice decor and furniture and everything you need, including a desk and a safe, and a pretty garden view. A secure parking area for my bicycle was an extra bonus. The staff were available 24 hrs and were nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also great.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that noise carried from the reception area to my room along the corridor on the ground floor so that I was woken early by the normal conversation of daytime staff arriving in the morning. They were not loud but I am a light sleeper. Next time, I will ask for room upstairs.

Es war ein superschöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Ambiente und der Stil des Hotels und Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber und ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage an der Alster ist unbezahlbar und die Erreichbarkeit zu U Bahn war gut, Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war zwar alles da was man brauchte, aber es wurde manchmal nicht nachgelegt, z.b. Rührei oder Speck, sodass nicht alle Gäste in den Genuss kamen.

Schöne Lage aber für das was geboten wird viel zu teuer
Pros:

Schön eingerichtetes, großes Zimmer. Schönes, großes Badezimmer. Frühstück ist geschmacklich gut. Uns hat die Lage direkt an der Außenalster sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, somit hört man die Straße nicht, aber das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz unten, das war sehr kühl (es gibt keine Klimaanlage) und ich hatte noch nie so viele Spinnen im Zimmer. Frühstücksauswahl eher klein. Es würde oft nur spärlich nachgelegt. Rührei war oft leer und man musste lange auf neues warten.

Das Hotel hat uns super gefallen, alles ist schön und gepflegt, das Frühstück war klein aber fein und die Lage ist ein T
Pros:

Die Lage ist richtig toll, man ist direkt an der wunderschönen Alster und kann alles fußläufig erreichen.

Cons:

Man sollte ein Zimmer nach hinten raus nehmen, zur Straße hin war es leider sehr laut.
