Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel in einer tollen Lage direkt an der Alster
Pros:

Super Lage; außergewöhnliche und liebevolle Einrichtung; sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal- war alles bestens

Cons:

Hat uns zwar nicht betroffen (wir haben einen "ergattert") - aber die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist leider sehr begrenzt und die Parkplätze sind vorab nicht reservierbar.

Etwas Besonderes
Pros:

Sehr schönes historisches Hotel mit modern und komfortabel ausgestatteten sauberen Zimmern. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Bequeme Matratze. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tee und Kaffee standen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Parken in der Garage war komfortabel möglich.
Die Lage direkt an der Alster ist etwas ganz Besonderes.

Good location
Pros:

The room has an unique style with nice furniture, bed and facilities. The room I was spacious with a sitting place and working desk. I appreciated this. Location is the best part of this hotel, just infront of the Schone Ausicht water view with direct access to the walking/running circuit. Breakfast stuff was very helpful.

Cons:

I think most hotel dont ask credit card details by phone anymore due to security reasons. I was requested to give all my details by phone, even thou I had a previous booking at booking.com.

Klasse Hotel- gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvolles und sauberes Zimmer, tolle Lage an der Alster, kurzer Fußweg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sehr sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal- sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel

Personal zuvorkommend, vor allem beim Thema Zimmerwechsel und Anfrage zu Lunchpaketen. Sehr schöner historischer Altbau

Die Einrichtung und der Altbauflair sowie die Lage an der Außenalster.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, hatten sogar das Zimmer gewechselt von Erdgeschoss in den zweiten Stock - nach Zimmerwechsel war es nur minimal besser.
