Ruhig, komfortabel und Entspannung pur
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers in einem rustikalem Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die ruhige Atmosphäre und Lage. Man konnte des Nachts gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm sauber.
Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich.
Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit Zimmer und Balkon lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auf Nachfrage wurde prompt reagiert und ein wenig Grund reingebracht.

Es öffnet sich in der Hansestadt nicht nur das „Tor zur Welt“, sondern im und mit„ Alsterblick“ auch ein Haus „mit Stil

Die Individualität des „Hauses“ - die privat geführte Hotelleitung- der Gast wird als Gast wahrgenommen

Cons:

Das junge Hotel-Team sollte/könnte sich kommunikativ dem Gast gegenüber noch verbessern; z.B. einen Morgengruß, Tages- oder Abendgruss verbalisieren, statt nur stumm und fragend vor den Gästen zu stehen. Das würde mehr Verbindlichkeit zum Ausdruck bringen und das Gefühl des Willkommen-Seins beim Gast generieren. Die Abläufe am Frühstücks-Buffet sollten dynamischer, organisierter vorbereitet und „mitdenkend“ umgesetzt werden; bitte möglichst keine „Wartezeiten“ für den Gast entstehen lassen.

Das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung ist nicht gerecht

Die Lage an der Alster ist sehr schön

Cons:

Wir hatten ein sehr störendes Rauschen der Heizung im Zimmer und es wurde nicht reagiert. Ging nur mit Ohrenstöpseln. Dazu hatten wir teure Pralinen im Kühlschrank und nach dem auschecken direkt angerufen aber angeblich sei nichts da gewesen. Es war eine sehr hochwertige schwarze Packung und wir waren noch nicht lange außer Haus.

Zimmer im Untergeschoss und dadurch sehr wenig Tageslicht, Treppe zum Zimmer sehr schmal/gefährlich, mangende Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Spinnweben, zahlreiche Silberfischchen)
