Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Ganz tolles, schnuckeliges Hotel. Mit altem Charme, trotzdem hoch modern ausgestattet. Sehr Zentral gelegen. Frühstück absolut klasse und der Kaffeevollautomat lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Treppen vom Gehweg ins Hotel sind mit großen Koffern schon eine Herausforderung.

Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer - selbst der Toilettengang oder ständige Hustengeräusche des Nachbarzimmers waren sehr genau wahrnehmbar.

Bitte nur noch Zimmer mit Alsterblick nehmen, wenn bezahlbar.
Pros:

Das Treppenhaus war sehr schön und war deshalb auch premiert.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und hat flair, bis auf unser Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zu klein. Der Schrank viel zu klein, wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt und für die offenen Koffer und 2 Personen
war das Zimmer noch kleiner. Die Fenster des angeschlossenen Nachbarhauses , gewährten über 3 Stockwerke
direkten Einblick auf unser Bett. Wir mußten den Vorhangrollo immer unten lassen. Sonst war der Ausblick direkt auf das
Nachbarhaus und auf den Nachbargarten. Aber wie gesagt, rausschauen und den Rollo wieder runter lassen. Hotel Alsterblick : Name ist nicht Programm. Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich und die Rühreier evtl. aus dem Tetrapack.

Okay hotel but pictures different to reality.
Pros:

Excellent location. Breakfast choice excellent. Beds very comfortable and bathroom nice.

Cons:

First impression entrance carpets and lift had lots of ‘bits’ on them which looked dirty so this affected our impression of the hotel even before we got to the reception. The cheap long pile carpet in the bedroom was a surprise and again added to the feeling of grunginess.
Car parking not available on the street despite being told it was. Hotel parking charge 25 euros.
The pictures on Booking.com show nice polished wooden floors, whereas the picture of the room with the cheap carpet is cleverly cropped.

Preis-Leistung passt zu 100%. Fühlen uns sehr wohl dort und kommem bald wieder. Kommen
Pros:

Perfekte Lage gegenüber des Wassers. Waren schon mehrmals dort mit Hund: immer freudliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderschönes Treppenhaus

Cons:

Parken zeitweise schwierig, kaum Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Mann kann allerdings gegen Gebühr Platz auf hoteleigenem Parkplatz buchen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alles war Top, wie erwartet. Sehr schönes Zimmer, tolle Ausstattung (Wasserkocher ?).

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück (an diesem Tag?) einfach unzufriedenstellend! Es lag nicht am Angebot, es wäre völlig ausreichend/gut gewesen....wenn die Sachen zu Verfügung gestanden hätten. Der "Nachschub" (teilweise waren fast alle Teller leer) und der Ungang mit der Situation hat gar nicht funktioniert! Beispiel Schoko-Creme: Das leere, ausgekratzte Glas mit dem völlig Schoko verschmierten Schaber läßt man stehen, dafür wird einfach ein neues, original verschlossenes Glas daneben gestellt...??! Insgesamt sah das überhaupt nicht schön aus und führte zu langen Wartezeiten bzw. Unzufriedenheit bei den Gästen. Schade!

Trotz toller Lage nicht noch einmal

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut direkt an der Alster. Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet mit Selbstbedienung im Souterrain.

Cons:

Ich muss sagen das Zimmer war eher eine Abstellkammer. Eine hübsch eingerichtete Abstellkammer. Es gab ein Fenster das sich ungefähr einen haben Meter zu nächsten Hauswand befand- daher dunkel. Die Türen der anderen Zimmer haben beim Schließen einen lauten Knall von sich gegeben- Ich war sehr froh, dass wir sowieso früh aufstehen mussten.

Kurztripp Hamburg
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Die Lage zum Garten war sehr ruhig.
Die Nähe zur Aussenalster ist sehr attraktiv.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist okay.

Cons:

Es ist schon recht hellhörig in dem schönen Altbau.Wenn die Gäste in der oberen Etage laufen wird braucht man keinen Wecker .
Die Parksituation um das Hotel ist äußert schwierig.
