Erstklassige Wahl: Gepflegtes Ambiente an bester Lage

Sehr gut gelegen für Bahnreisende. Freundliches Personal, tolle Betreuung während des Aufenthalts. Mein Einzelzimmer war modern-geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Bett mit ca. 120 cm angenehm breit und mit einer Matratze der Extraklasse ausgestattet. Das Bad ist durchgestylt mit Marmor, Glas und Holz. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Schallschutzfenster mit den Jalousien liessen sich leicht bedienen, so dass der Blick über die Piazza Garibaldi zum Bahnhof hin mühelos vom kleinen Balkon aus geniessen liessen.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum bietet eher wenig Platz in Stosszeiten…

Centraal gelegen hotel
Pros:

Het hotel heeft grote kamers en ruime badkamers. Er is een prima ontbijt. Het hotel is redelijk centraal gelegen. Het centraal station is aan de overkant.

Cons:

Het hotel wordt momenteel verbouwd. Het restaurant op het dak was daarom niet beschikbaar. Ontbijt wordt in een vrij kleine ruimte op de begane grond geserveerd.
Het hotel ligt op een zeer rumoerige plek. Slapen met ramen open is eigenlijk niet mogelijk. In februari is het hotel warm maar de mogelijkheid om te koelen is uitgeschakeld. Het is dus warm op de kamers.
Er zijn smart TV’s maar het hotel heeft alle mogelijkheden om daar gebruik van te maken uitgeschakeld.

A fine, comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. The area was central and a wee bit rough, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The room was quiet soundproof, with the exception of a Sunday morning marching band. We would certainly stay here again

Mal situé et ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles
Pros:

Le service et l’amabilité du personnel.
Le petit déjeuner en salle.

Cons:

L’état très moyen de l’établissement qui ne mérite plus ses 4 étoiles. Salle de bain bien abîmée. Restaurant et roof top fermé. Petit de déjeuner en chambre aléatoire (une fois un beau chariot plein et la deuxième fois un misérable plateau avec 4 petits pains et du beurre rance. Et l’environnement qui ressemble à un dépotoir. C’est sale, agressif, des déballages sur les trottoirs, des crackmen, et de vols à l’arraché (ma compagne c’est fait arraché son collier à deux pas de l’hôtel.)
