Personnel sympathique. Chambre suffisamment spacieuse et agréable. Beau buffet de petit-déjeuner.
Emplacement ideal proche de la gare, mais entraînant un peu de nuisance sonore venant de la route. Check-in paraît compliqué et dure longtemps.

A estadia no hotel foi bastante agradável e não tivemos qualquer problema com o quarto ou com o serviço do hotel. No entanto, tivemos uma experiência bastante negativa no restaurante Vesuvio. O serviço foi muito demorado, tivemos de esperar bastante para fazer o pedido e, no final, tivemos de nos levantar para conseguir pagar. Vimos que algumas mesas receberam a conta, enquanto outras, incluindo a nossa, ficaram à espera. Consideramos que o serviço do restaurante ficou muito aquém do esperado para um hotel desta categoria.
Wspaniały pobyt w hotelu UNA Hotels Napoli! Spędziłyśmy wraz z córką najpierw dwie noce, potem po powrocie z wybrzeża jeszcze jedna noc.
+Wspaniały personel, komunikatywny, uprzejmy, dobrze mówiący po angielsku, nastawiony życzliwie i pomocnie.
+Przestronne duże pokoje, komfortowe, pierwsze dwie noce mieliśmy pokój na 5 piętrze z balkonem i widokiem na Wezuwiusza, z wiekiem na plac Garibaldiego.
+Klimatyzacja działała super.
+Pokój idealnie wyciszony - pomimo głośnego gwaru na ulicy, po zamknięciu okiem w pokoju cichutko, ciemno, dzięki dobrym okiennicom.
+Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. Pościele również.
+Zestaw kosmetyków, czajnik w pokoju (choć wiem, że nie ma czajników we wszystkich pokojach, my jednak pierwsze dwie noce miałyśmy ten komfort).
+Przepyszne śniadania: bpgaty wybór na słono i na słodko, sery, warzywa, owoce, nabiał, jajecznica, wędliny, płatki, nasiona, soki, itd.
+ Wczesne zameldowanie - już o 14.00, co jest rzadkością i późne wymeldowanie - aż o 12.00, co również jest rzadkością. :)
+Recepcja 24/7 co dla nas było ogromnym atutem ponieważ meldowalismy soe dopiero około północy i nie było to problemem.
+Lokalizacja idealna, hotel w sercu Neapolu - tuż obok głównego węzła komunikacyjnego, koło dworca głównego, równocześnie przylega do starego miasta. Zwiedzalysmy miasto na piechotę bo wszędzie blisko, kilkanaście minut spacerkiem.
+Wspaniała restauracja na dachu, na 6 piętrze. Śniadanie z widokiem na Wezuwiusza, na zabytkowe kopuły budynków i na Pałac na wzgórzu - wspaniale przeżycie.
+Cena bardzo adekwatna do tego, co hotel oferuje i na pewno warto skorzystać.
My przy kolejnej podróży z pewnością wybierzemy ten hotel.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sowohl an der Reception als beim Frühstück.
Gutes Frühstück mit großem Angebot, optional kann man auch Kaffee von der Bar bestellen. Es gibt auch eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf die Stadt aber uns war das bei den Temperaturen auch morgens schon zu heiß.
Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist sehr laut, darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Durch die 3-fach verglasten Fenster wird der Verkehrslärm zwar unterdrückt, aber Hupen und Sirenen hört man dennoch deutlich. Ich fand das für mich nicht so schlimm, aber wenn jemand mit Kindern hier übernachten will, müsste man das bedenken.

Zona este destul de dubioasă, multă mizerie pe străzi, multe persoane fără adăpost.

Belles chambres et très beau rooftop. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour une nuitcar près de la gare.
Les chambres sont belles et confortables, les serveurs du rooftop très agréables.
L’accueil est « minimal » au Check in comme au Check out.
Le quartier est sale il faut 10min de marche dans cet environnement peu agréable pour atteindre le vieux Naples.
La gentillesse, la propriété et la beauté des l’hôtel

Servicios excelentes. Habitación cómoda, bien organizada, y limpia, con aire acondicionado funcional en el mes de agosto. Todo el personal del hotel era muy atento, amable y agradable. Destacar la terraza para tomar algo al volver al hotel después de un paseo, así como el desayuno generoso, abundante y muy variado.
Al estar al lado del metro, facilita mucho explorar la ciudad, con 1,5€ y en 10-15 minutos estás en pleno centro de Nápoles.
Igual la zona no es la mejor, pero sinceramente la atención, la habitación y el desayuno lo compensan.
