Hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix. Buffet varié et équilibré. Promenade vers le port agréable et à proximité de l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage, serveurs, réceptionnistes sont tous très agréables.

Positives first. The food was really good and fresh with changing options each night. Soecial mention for the grilled fish and meat. Room was good and comfortable. Big negative was the attitude of staff. Most never smile and when we got all inc drinks at the bar it was as if they had to pay for it themselves. I saw the manager loudly dress someone down at tea in a packed room. No matter the situation you take people aside privately and discuss. Entertainment was really poor. We had a split stay and the 3* we also stayed a week for was superior in every way. A real shame as we thought this would be a gem of a place.

We stayed b&b, hotel staff were lovely (especially the lady checking us in on our first day). Breakfast buffet sufficient. Room was clean on arrival, rooms weren’t really cleaned through week other than beds made and towels changed, cups and glasses not cleaned or floors not swept through stay. I’d say a small pool for size of hotel - lots of loungers crammed in around it, not a lot of space. Pool was deep - shallow end of pool very small so difficult to stand and play with balls etc in pool. Not ideal if loads of families with young kids there. Entertainment was good- bar shut at 11pm (fine for me but maybe others would prefer later opening). We were not all inclusive and pleased by this choice as I think the buffet area was very small so can’t imagine there was loads of choice at lunch and dinner.

Et hyggeligt og behageligt sted at være. Super venligt personale. Var 3. gang vi boede der og det virkede som om der var sparet lidt på frokost og aften buffet i forhold de andre gange vi har været der. Men det er stadig god mad

Отель хороший, персонал приветливый, завтрак тоже неплохой, соответствует своей цене. Некоторые мелочи:с огромным трудом спускалась вода в унитазе и полы в номере мыли за 6 дней один раз, постоянно был песок на полу, хотя комнату убирали каждый день.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Ferrer Isabel and it didnt disappoint. There has recently been a refurb and its looking good.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is within walking distance to Cala Bona and bus stop is outside hotel

We had the pleasure to stay at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights.
Rooms had been renovated during winter 2022 and they are in very nice. All interior was new. We had daily cleaning of the room which we did not expect. Fresh towells every day. We booked our stay with breakfast - and restaurant had a very nice buffet - we did not miss anything.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Give Ferrer Hotel Isabel our warmest recommendation. Should be four Star - not three Star.

This was our second stay at Ferrer Isabel and it was as enjoyable as last year. One area that does need attention though, is the sunbeds. Some are looking a bit grubby.
The staff are friendly and attentive.
In the apartments the living area is a good size and comfortable. The bedroom area is compact but adequate and the bathroom is likewise. We found the beds to be comfortable. Perhaps a consideration for when the hotel is refurbished would be to move the TV from the bedroom into the living area.
The food, as before is very good. It is varied, very tasty and plenty of choice.
Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

Room smelled very damp. If you suffer from any mold problems we don't recommend this hotel. We didn't bother try to change the room because only stayed for a night. Room was also dated and WiFi was poor.

On the other hand breakfast was excellent, staff was nice and there was plenty of parking space just outside of the hotel

Alle medarbejdere er søde og venlige, altid smilende og super god service. Noget deres udefra kommende underholdning kunne godt have været bedre.

Helt greit hotell. Hyggelig person alle. God frokostbordet. Eneste minus er at det ligger 1 km fra stranden

It’s the 3rd time we’ve been and still as good, a few outstanding people who need a mention Alex and liga on the entertainment side, carmen on reception ( always peachy with a big smile) and fabIan on the bar 10/10 these people are part of the reason we keep returning, thank you all for making it a fabulous holiday 👍

Staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble.
