Excellent staff and service, fantastic location for day trips in local area, very friendly, breakfast highly recommended
Lovely big twin room
Clean comfy beds and pillows big fluffy white towels.Loved that we could open the window and turn off the radiator and control our temperature.
Lovely large window with heavy curtains …however we looked directly onto the street so when curtains open we waved to the bin men this morning .
Net curtains most definately needed for these rooms ,very surprised that the hotel did not understand the need for privacy .
Very well located, plenty of restaurants, plenty of places otomsitbdown for a coffee, good walks and attractions in the area
Was nothing we didn't like, sure we will return
Excellent central location. Myself and a friend were staying as we had an event at the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, which was a 15 min walk from the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was standard.
It's a bit dated decor could do with a freshen up.
The room was spotless very comfortable.entertainment in the coach house was very good. Good atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Think the hotel is a bit tired and dated in some places etc. the breakfast room some corridors.
The room we had was excellent +a nice bottle of wine , 2x King size beds and 2x showers ,lovely bright room, think it was 315 , our problem was the couple we were with were on the lower floor which they say was very noisy all night and hearing people screaming and having sex , our previous night we stayed at Dunkeld house hotel which was slightly more expensive but was 5 stars 🌟 although we had a great room and no problem with staff Fishers has not changed 30+ years ago when we used to visit regularly + meals and drinks are more expensive than hotel stay in Edinburgh
Hotel very tired in reception dining and bar area , food and drink prices ridiculous very noisy all night
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean.
We found the social areas almost too warm, but we were able to keep our room cooler.
great location
nothing
Excellent breakfast and dinner
Broken toilet seat
Very good breakfast and dinner
A few things were broken
As always such a welcoming, happy cosy environment. Staff are so helpful and friendly
Lovely breakfast, lots of choice and served in beautiful room
No need for improvement, excellent as it is.
The location.
My sleep, bed very uncomfortable. I kept rolling into middle of bed.
Location, comfort and friendly helpful staff
Only suggestion would be the provision of more slip resistant mats for the bathroom as the tiles are extremely slippy. Even if it's not actually wet the steamy shower atmosphere leaves a slippy residue.... as I found out to my (painful) cost.
Breakfast not value for money.
Not hot.
Quality average.
Seats in coachhouse all signed reserved.
Struggle to get seats at times.
Booking time for breakfast not ideal.
