Car Parking
We have a small, limited car park, available on a first come first served basis, no pre-booking. You must obtain a permit from reception and these cost £5 per night.

Perfect hotel for a family room. Really good breakfast.
Hotel was fine, reception staff need to realise first impressions are made at check in.

Not advised by staff where hotel restaurant was or asked if we wanted to book meals.
Toilets in adjoining coach house inn were foul. When we arrived on Wednesday 14th, toilet floor was wet and there was feaces on the toilet seats (female toilets) male toilets were foul smelling.

Parkeer gelegenheid niet erg duidelijk omschreven en niet al te vriendelijk bar personeel . Eten in garden restaurant was prima en personeel daar top
Room was exceptional, beautiful and more than enough space for a family of four. Room was also well stocked with cups, hot chocolate, biscuits, towels etc. Staff were brilliant too, we were a bit early for check in but our room was ready so got the keys earlier and advised where we could park as the hotel car park was full.
Only fault was the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall in our bathroom, didn't mention this to hotel staff but I'm sure they would have fixed it if they were aware.
El hotel es precioso! Fue reconfortante la habitacion, amplia con todas las comodidades.. el hotel parece museo! Muy limpio y cero ruido... el desayuno fue espectacular! Alojarse en un edificio antiguo es inmejorable!
We were attending the enchanted forest so was perfect for boarding for the bus as was right outside hotel. Also our train got in early and wasnt due to check in until 4pm which meant we didnt have to hand around with our luggage and a young child.
The main entrance doors are not automatic and very heavy and for someone who has mobility issues and uses a walker was hard opening the doors and keeping it open to get through on my own. I was lucky I had my husband to help but just meant I couldnt go exploring on my own as would find it difficult getting in and out through the doors using to walker.
Expensive for what you get but there was an event on at the time so prices are inflated. Majority of staff are very good but one or two let the side down.
Location was good, central pitlochry and right at the pick-up for the enchanted forest (which didn't know before booking)
Parking not great, on-site lot full due to event and had to park like 10min walk away. I think that they should ensure there are spots for their guests before allowing others to park... Room was suuuuper hot, couldn't figure out how to open window - can't imagine people roasting in there in the summer without being able to have any air flow. Also they put us in a room that was down 10 different halls and doorways and stairs, which wasnt ideal
