For bookings of 5 bedrooms or more or stays of 5 nights and more you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation and full payment is required 28 days in advance of arrival, this is nonrefundable.

Pros:

Hotel autentico..molto gradevole. Situato in centro ma con parcheggio privato. Colazione abbondante e buona in una bellissima sala. Camere spaziose e degno di nota il letto con topper, dormito benissimo.

A 3-star hotel at best.
Pros:

Excellent location in the middle of town.

Cons:

The room looks outdated and with the sun shining into the room in the morning, it got really warm; something that was hard to fix as the room could not be ventilated well.

Helpful staff keeping a historic building to survive whilst maintaining good quality service.
Pros:

Centrally located for access to all local restaurants, theatre etc. Parking a bit hectic but manageable and good to have.
Nice old building and well maintained.

Cons:

Bar seemed to shut rather early.

Liked it's position in Pitlochry.

Cons:

Didn't like the price of rooms as they weren't value for money. Definitely not worth 4 stars. Carpets are dirty and the hotel requires decoration.

Perfect Pichlocy
Pros:

Perfect position in The town. Stunning large room with bay windows onto a Garden.

Cons:

I appreciate hotel parking but did not think a guest should pay.

Pros:

Traditionally styled decor was very nice and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Floorboards very creaky in bedroom and hallway. Staff were pleasant and efficient but not as welcoming and friendly as you would like. It was a very warm day but there didn't appear to be any outdoor seating in the beautiful garden to the rear, only small seating area on busy street.
