Bon emplacement, bon déjeuner.

Cons:

quelques membres du personnel peu accueillants. La porte de la chambre a une saleté suspecte, brune et croûtée dessus. La chambre a une odeur de moissisure et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer. La porte de la salle de bain a une poignée qui ne sert à rien et elle ne se barre pas. Dispendieux pour tout ça

Perfect get-away. Will return. Highly recommend
Pros:

1. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly
2. The location - easy to access from the train
3. Ground floor room with accessible bathroom which was near reception
4. French doors leading outside to patio area surrounded by roses. Very pretty and lovely to be able to sit out
5. Food was delicious
6. Loved the scale, age and decor of the building

Cons:

The doors are heavy - not possible to open without assistance.

Pleasant stay, great location and reasonably comfortable for the price we paid. Parking comes with a fee.
Pros:

Great central location with amble parking spaces. Was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Staff could have been a little more helpful. And it wasn’t ideal having to pay for parking.

Ok for overnight but not a holiday

Cons:

Bedroom insulation poor. Heard people talk and snore in room next door , people above had squeaky floorboards . View out room awful .

Overpriced, disappointed - my room is nothing like the ones in their photos
Pros:

The location in Pitlochry was good. Some of the public areas were nice. the restaurant looked nice. Going home to a clean house with curtains on the windows and no cracks on the wash hand basin

Cons:

The attitude to the reception staff, it was some man that had to finish doing something on his phone, he seemed as if dealing with us was the last thing he wanted to do. Car park is owned by hotel but they charge for parking. Corridors were worn/ tired. Room was thick with dust, on the TV, window sill, headboard. the table was badly marked and chipped. window was tiny a roller blind - no curtains, so one the sun comes up, your room is lit up, I assume blackout curtains have not got north of Stirling! - No Air conditioning, I dread to think what it was like in June/ July this year, as the room was very hot, the window opened about three inches. Ironing board was fixed outside the wardrobe?? I have never seen that before, usually inside. The Wash hand basin had a large crack with a number of smaller one running off. Could not find anything in the room to say how much the breakfast was, so we went down £21.99 for a breakfast!! No wonder hospitality is struggling - we went to a cafe across the road ( there are lots and lots of cafes) and I had more than enough to eat for under £10. I don't know how much I would need to eat to make £22 of breakfast. I had unfortunately left it late to book a room in Pitlochry and there was little choice but I will not make that mistake again, I would rather have slept in my car I paid £240 for ONE night!! but checking on booking.com the cheapest it seem to be is about £140. I have stayed in Youth Hostels and Travelodge's that look luxurious compared to this.

Great location and within walking distance of the theatre.
Pros:

The location is excellent as it is directly opposite the railway station and the front entrance is on the main street.

Cons:

The public spaces were much nicer than the bedroom which was very small and could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust on surfaces and a large cracked tile in the shower. The shower did not work well. When turned on there was a jet of water followed by a trickle. It had to be turned off and on to get any water at all. Breakfast buffet was Average.
