For bookings of 5 bedrooms or more or stays of 5 nights and more you will be required to pay a 50% deposit within 7 days of making your reservation and full payment is required 28 days in advance of arrival, this is nonrefundable.

Cons:

Rooms look old , carpet did not look clean, floorboards were squeaky and the room we were given looked over the back of the hotel building roofs, so not a good view at all.

Good location
Pros:

Large room with comfortable seating and a very comfortable bed. Great en suite with separate shower and bath. Nice standard of toiletries. A fan had been put in the room since the weather was so warm.
Central location in town.

Cons:

Signage inside and outside the hotel was not great.
The low eaves in corridors and room need to be highlighted with warning signs/markers.
Wi fi was poor- could not access it in our room.
For us, the lack of curtains was an issue as the blinds did not keep the light out.
Parts of the hotel need updated.

Tråkigt/omständigt bemötande i receptionen vid incheckningen.
Baren serverade världens sämsta "Gin och Tonic". Jag trodde inte man kan misslyckas med en GT men där hade jag fel.

Cons:

Bar service was very slow, not enough bar staff on duty. Waited 10-15 mins in a queue the two nights we stayed.

Great location but old hotel
Pros:

Great location in the middle of Pitlochry. Old traditional hotel with a nice garden

Cons:

Rooms super old and dusty. Old furniture in the rooms. Found dirt under the sofa. Really needs renovation
